AIR HVAC installers, including the owner of AIR, arrived promptly at our prearranged time of 7:30 AM. Although I was informed that I did not need to home, they rang the doorbell to let me know they would be getting on the roof. The rest of the day, the two team members worked without breaks, needing me only to get to areas of my home required to complete the installation. The service area was left in great condition.
As we concluded our business at around 3:30 PM, I paid the price quoted prior to service. I want to mention that this included dealing with an unexpected wiring issue related to the age of my unit. It was handled seamlessly.
Finally, we discussed the warranty and I was assured that if I needed anything at all I should just call them.

I was refered by a family member who was refered by a friend. Bryan is a straight shooter with an eye for detail and fair prices. He is timely and effecient.

Update: a few months have passed. I am super happy with my unit, my electric bill dropped substantially, and Bryan's and Daniel's ongoing great service. Thanks!
