Scam artist company! They were hired to do an inspection of our AC since we are selling our house. When I asked what the issue was, the young man said it was just routine inspection. I knew he wouldn’t tell me much since he was working for someone else. At the end of his inspection, he had a ton of questions for me, and kept fishing to find something wrong with my system. He then told me my husband everything was working just fine, and just needed some minor tweaks. Well we received an “estimate” for 900 dollars to replace a ton of things. They also said I needed to replace the filters since they were dirty; we replaced the filters ONE DAY before they came to our house. THEY ARE BRAND NEW. it is clear they want to make money on us and fudged their inspection to make it so. I would trust a mechanic more then I would ever trust the two guys who showed up my house. I DO NOT recommend this company and will never refer to them at all.

I would highly recommend them for any and all AC or heating needs. Very efficient, very helpful and went out their way to help me fix issues that didnt have anything to do with the installation of my new AC. Awesome team, explained everything to me and made sure I new everything about the new system and thermostat. Amazing company. I have gone through other companies and been let down over and over again, Jett Mechanical has restored my faith in a company doing a great job and being very professional.

One morning I noticed a stain on the ceiling in my house so I called Jett. They were at the house within two hours. Nate, the manager, came out, took care of the issue and said he would return later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved. He came back as promised, looked at the fix and determined it was resolved. He said he would send someone to fix the ceiling and sure enough, a gentleman came out several days later and took care of the damage to the ceiling. He did such a great job, you can't tell there was any damage.
Everyone at Jett was very professional, from the customer service personnel to the technical staff. We are new to Tucson so finding a company we could trust was very important to us. I sincerely believe we have found that company in Jett and will continue to use them for any a/c related problem. We recommend Jett to anyone that is in need of a professional and reliable a/c company.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Jett Mechanical! We recently purchased a home that had a lot of deferred maintenance. Our realtor used Jett Mechanical for the HVAC inspection prior to purchase, and they provided an excellent write-up of all the issues with each of the 2 units that were original to this 42-year-old house, along with a great bid to replace them both. The roof also had to be replaced, and the HVACs are located on the roof, so the replacement of the HVACs had to be coordinated with the roofers, as well as a crane company Jett Mechanical uses for jobs like ours where the units needed to be craned down off the roof. Sandie and Cindy stayed on top of scheduling, and when the inevitable roofer delay came along just 3 days prior to the start of all the work (and a Friday, no less), they were super accommodating and shifted their schedule to match the roofer. After the new units were installed, Justin was scheduled to come by a few days later to help us with programming our new thermostats, discuss the warranties for the units and answer all our questions. Virtually every single person we spoke with or encountered throughout the entire process -- from scheduling, installation and post-installation follow-up -- was timely, courteous and professional. Jett Mechanical provided us with an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

I had my 16 year old A/C go out, I called the company I've been using for service for many years to repair, found out that it was an unrepairable leak. Got estimate from them and a good friend told me to call Mike (Owner) at Jett Mechanical for a quote too. Mike sent me a quote of the 2021 version of what I had within 30 min and said it would be installed 2 days later. The other company didn't sell my brand and was 1 to 2 weeks out for install plus it was higher price for less of a unit. I was VERY happy with all aspects from price quote, to install, I will recommend them highly.

Jett Mechanical came out the house and gave me their assessment of my AC. I found it to be fair and things were explained so even I could understand. The work was completed in a timely manner and the techs were polite and professional. Thank you Job week done

I would recommend Jett Mechanical to everyone. They are truly there for their customers and their families. My compressor went out and was 97° in my house with a little girl. They made sure to work as quickly as possible to get the work done. I spoke to Mike the owner to resolve the issue with the insurance which was so amazing for him to make sure things were taken care of. Nate was also amazing with the work and very polite and quick. I can't express my gratitude for this company enough.

This is our second HVAC system that Jett Mechanical has installed and maintained for us (at two different homes). We needed to upgrade and repair at our last home and they did such a great job that we came back to them a second time at our new home. They warranty their work and they are super responsive to any issue that arises and quickly solve any problems, making sure that we are happy and satisfied. We thought that our system had a gas leak and they were here very quickly with two trucks and teams to manage the problem. Nate, the service manager and his crew meticulously searched every possible location that could be leaking even if it was not a place that Jett Mechanical had worked on. They serviced and checked all areas and did not find any leaks. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was safe and working properly. Service like this is unheard of in todays world. I've used Jett in the past and generally I've been pleased. So when my AC compressor went out under warranty I gave them a call. First problem they did not tell be there would be a charge for the estimate. Second they didn't tell me the unit was under a warranty just gave me a real heavy estimate, so it seemed they weren't interested in repairing it just replacing it. Bear in mind it was still under warranty. Well I didn't like this so I sought a second opinion. Then I got a bill for $99, I told them that they both didn't tell me about the charge up front and didn't tell me about the warranty on the machine. So they reduced the bill to $69 and here we are and I'm going with the first place that told me the part was covered under a warranty.
