One of our AC units seemed to be struggling and I had several companies come out to take a look. They all wanted to replace the entire system or at least the condenser which would have run anywhere from $3000-$9000. And this unit and system is only nine years old. Mike was referred to me by a friend and came out to inspect it. Long story short he did not think that anything needed to be replaced and his solution only cost me $300. Without a doubt I will be contacting them when I eventually do need to replace both units.

BMS has been unbelievable. They are always on time and come out as soon as possible. Multiple times Mike has talked me through fixes over the phone when he's been too busy to help within 24 hours and his directions help me solve the problem myself. Their prices are more than reasonable and they always find the problem in virtually no time at all. I would (and have, many times) recommend BMS to my friends, family and coworkers. They are THE. BEST.

If anyone ever quotes you a price for something that seems unreasonable and you want a second opinion - get it from BMS. They are competitive price-wise and will likely solve your issue without the replacement part/unit you thought you needed. Moral of the story: do not trust your default home warranty people. Because of BMS's great service and reassurance we dropped our home warranty company entirely after discovering it was a money pit.

I know price is always on the customer’s mind, and BMS is beyond reasonable, but integrity and being trustworthy are the most important factors to me. And these guys are truly the best. We’ve used them for the last 4 years because our AC unit was old and needed a lot of care. They were always responsive, timely, and super affordable. They gave us the best quote when it was time for a new AC unit, explained all our options, and finished the job quickly. We were kinda bummed that we wouldn’t be needed them for awhile but still refer Mike to all our friends and family.

Ed quoted me an hour for him to arrive. He arrived in under half an hour. Checked my air conditioning, found the problem quickly, and quoted me a price. Got the parts, came back and got my A.C. fixed within 3 hours of arriving. And the bonus, his quoted estimate is what I paid. No markups. No, "the part was mow than expected." I noticed a high-pitched whistling noise coming from the air returns in the hallway. Chase performed an air duct cleaning service and found that a small piece of plastic was stuck in the grill. He removed the plastic and cleaned the entire system to improve the airflow and reduce the noise. He also performed a furnace cleaning to make sure the blower was running at the correct speed. The whistling stopped immediately, and the house feels much more peaceful now.

Called Coldtech on a Monday because of a bad motor on my brand new ice machine. Coldtech was able to overnight the part I needed and get it changed out before the weekend. The Owner was very professional and fast in responding. Jason was the technician that came out to changed out the faulty part for the new one. The technician was very friendly and gave great advice on how to maintain my machine. Overall my experience with Coldtech was A+, I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
