Tron always does a great job servicing our heating and cooling needs. Very reliable and friendly, high quality work without any problems.

I live at Hampton Park Apartments in Tucson, and apparently Tron has a monopoly on the water heating systems for apartments in Tucson or Arizona. You should know that monopolies are always a bad thing, and it is definitely the case in this instance.

We have had hot water outages four times, at least, in the last three weeks. Last week it was out for at least 4 days, including the weekend, and only was fixed on Monday. By Wednesday it was gone again, and I reported it again. It was fixed by 8 pm, but this morning, Thursday, it's out again. I finally got hold of the office manager and he told me that there is a special part they've been waiting for in order to install a new boiler system. So it has taken them THREE weeks to make this part, while we are suffering constant lack of reliable hot water.

All this makes me think that Tron doesn't care about its customers or their comfort, or about making sure state laws mandating the provision of hot water by landlords are followed. I wonder if the company directors and owners are aware of this lack of care or whether they are responsible for the attitude. I just wish there was competition in maintenance companies, so that a company would be vulnerable to losing business if they couldn't provide proper service.

Excellent service! Came out the following day to inspect unit to see what parts were needed and temporarily made it usable until repair could be made. Came back the day after with the motor for the repair. Great pricing as well.

Started asking for Derek’s help for the last year for our air conditioner when our system kept on going out. He always answers and tries to come out as soon as they can. He has helped us out so much. I have never been any more grateful. Even though I have moved to a different area, I know I can always call him to help out my parents that don’t know much English. Very nice and helpful man.
