Dread having to go here, most, but not all, of the counter sales guys should get jobs at the DMV, or maybe that is where they came from. Seems like everyone hates their job and they have no interest in being helpful or expedient with the parts I need. This place needs new leadership!

They come and inspect my AC yearly, no high pressure to fix anything, he does his job and does it quickly and on time. No cheap but quality! And doesn't recommend needless stuff. Would rather have them than anyone!

WE HAVE BEEN USING BMS FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THEY HAVE NEVER FAILED US. WE JUST HAD A NEW A/C, HEATING UNIT PUT IN AND THEY DID IT IN ABOUT 4 HRS. JUST IN TIME FOR THE OUTSIDE TEMP GOING TO 100+.GOOD JOB GUYS

These guys are great. Mike and Steve have saved me from replaceing my A/C unit. Another company wanted over $1000 to fix a leak on my home A/C and Mike fixed it for Less than $200.00 I highly recommend them to everyone.
