Excellent customer service!! Invoice always correct, prices very competitive, deliveries on time with no issues at all. They almost always have stock on all the stuff we use, if they don't have it they get it within a day. Many times they have gone out of their way to set up training with manufacturers for us. Definitely one of the top HVAC distributors in Tucson!!

Staff are great, and barely ever do they not have what I need. When calling ahead this is one of the few places that I spend less than 30 minutes on hold. Which is crucial while trying to conduct AC services for customers because it allows me to be Responsive in a timely manner with my customers as well as get them up in cooling as soon as possible.
