The technician, Peter, was on time, honest and respectful, as well as kind. My dogs loved him! He explained things well, and gave me a reasonable estimate for cleaning a system that has quite a lot of deferred maintenance, and he quickly identified the problem behind the breakdown of my system. He also didn’t try to sell me a whole new system (That was a first!) Every other heating/cooling company I’ve dealt with since movIng to Tucson is now off my list.

Absolutely amazing. Up front with pricing, professionalism and remarkably quick response/ repair. Also diagnosed and fixed an issue that would have burnt my house down (or caused fire damage ) if missed. Every once in a blue moon you find an honest and extremely competent company; Saguaro Air Heating & Cooling is that company.

They were courteous, and efficient, working us into their schedule quickly, explained our options, and completed the work quickly and professionally. They even gave us a price discount, no extra fees. We will definitely call Saguaro again when we need service!

I had the heat and AC go out, so I had to do a full tear-out and install HVAC. These guys got right on it, the price was fair, and the service was excellent. They cleaned up so well, I had to up my domestic game. There was a hiccup, and Jon was right on it. I highly recommend them. Oh, super cool/friendly.

Highly recommend this local small business! Jon was so nice and from start to finish the work was flawless. I needed to replace my furnace and A/C combo unit and the price was very reasonable and less than competitors. They were ready to do the work two days after their initial visit and got the entire job done in about 4.5 hours. Crane and all! Thanks to both Jon and Grant for a smooth and professional job!

They don’t keep their appointments , but they don’t call you till after the time they are supposed to be there. Then they got some lame excuse .

Avoid this company at all cost. They are a borderline criminal organization engaged in fraudulent sales activities, and taking advantage of elderly clients.

The worst company in the world. Un reliable staff, technicians, managers, and supervisors.
They get you in a service contract and then they leave you hanging.
