Our AC went out during the peak heat of the summer. Saguaro responded to my text at 4:00am and had Peter out to the house by 9:45am. Diagnostic and fix were done in roughly an hour with parts already on-hand. And before leaving Peter gave me an estimate for additional work we need performed and that I had questions about. No condescension, just patience and professionalism. Impressive!

We highly recommend Saguaro Air Heating & Cooling!! Our family had an issue with their split mini unit not cooling. I called them and thankfully they came out late afternoon assed and recharged the unit. They are kind, knowledgeable, and a caring company. Their company is the first we will be calling for future issues!

Our AC went out and I called for an estimate. They promptly came and Peter diagnosed it as a problem he could take care of right away without scheduling another service call. He did a tremendous job and was very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Saguaro Air to any and everyone!

Jon was here right on time, carefully diagnosed the various issues with my a/c system, then made his recommendations (along with his on-site price proposal) as to the needed fixes. We agreed, he set off to working the issues and in no time, we were back up and running! A life saver during this hot Tucson summer! 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!

Great company. Our house wasn’t cooling well after our bathroom remodels where tile contractors jackhammering had separated our metal ductwork. They came out and tested our system and quickly diagnosed that our ductwork was definitely leaking air into the attic instead of the house where it belongs. 5 stars for them.

We were desperate as our AC went out on a 106 degree day. Pete came to our rescue in less than an hour and had us up and running not long after he showed up. He was cheerful, polite and honest with us. Can’t say enough thank yous to him and Saguaro Air!

My air conditioner went out this month (July). Saguaro had previously repaired an a/c unit in a condo that I own. Saguaro was my first choice but I got another opinion and replacement price as well. Saguaro agreed with their opinion and beat the other companies price by almost $2000..
Not only that, but they were able to install the new unit the next day. What a relief because my house was going up to 90 degrees🥵

Service was fast and great. The tech was very professional and well skilled. I called in the morning and they were able to get my AC fixed the same morning. I know that would not be a reasonable ask for any business as it's dependent on the actual issue and the availability but the fact that they fixed AC the same morning with expected temps to be 112 degrees today was AMAZING. I work from home and have all kids home for summer break; it would have been a rough day to say the least. Thank you and this will definitely be my go to company. Highly recommend.

Peter did a great job on my regular service and made a couple suggestions. Since I'm not an expert, I asked him to explain it to my neighbor and to see what he thinks and then I'd make up my mind. Everything handled professionally and I'd recommend Saguaro!

I called Saguaro today (8/7) to service my two units and they were able to send a tech out today. Peter came out, checked out both units (AC & Heat). One part of the house wasn't getting enough cool air, so he reworked the ducts and sealed up some leaking areas in the attic, did a complete check and discussed the particulars of the units. He had a recommendation that I will think about that was a little costly, but we are going to see if the air issue is working better. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I got their name off of Next Door members and am very pleased with the results. It was 110 degrees today and he was in the attic taking care of business. Very grateful and happy with the service. Very reasonable prices

We had a great experience with Saguaro Air. When our AC units needed repairs, their technician, Peter, showed up right on time, walked us through every step, and did top-notch work. I highly recommend Saguaro Air Heating and Cooling. The owner is very professional and personable, and honest. We use Saguaro Air at my home, and at my parents’.
My parents had been told by another company that they needed to replace their heat pump, but Saguaro Air took care of their problem with a simple and inexpensive repair!
At my house, the air conditioning unit died the day before Labor Day weekend. Not only did he make it out that day (a Friday) to diagnose the problem, he left me with portable AC units that kept me alive and comfortable for the weekend, until the installation of the new unit was complete. I’m so grateful, and will continue to use Saguaro Air for my future needs.

Another company told me my 4 year old Trane had a leak in the condenser coils and the labor was outrageous (parts covered by manufacturer’s warranty). Called Saguaro out, they did some troubleshooting and performed a minor tweak to the system (changed some caps out and add Freon). Freon check today was same as he left it 6 weeks ago. Great job, excellent service, easy scheduling and saved me from paying for unnecessary repairs.

HVAC is in attic and water was leaking through the ceiling onto the dining room table. Called our usual company and got no response. Contacted 2 companies thru Thumbtack and Saguaro responded in 5 minutes. Someone was here in 20 minutes and stopped the continuing water damage and fixed the problem quickly. I was impressed how quickly Peter diagnosed the issue. They saved the day and prevented larger ceiling damage which now needs to be repaired.

Saguaro Air sent a well-trained, very knowledgeable technician for a wine room cooling system. He was very courtesy and polite as well as answered all questions I had regarding system/unit and installation. Thank you.

What can I say except Peter was fantastic! From the moment I submitted my request on Thumbtack they were responsive and got here when they said they were going to be here. Just hours after the request! He fixed it right up quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and understanding.
