Completely incompetent company. My AC was having problems in June that during the heat of the day, it would start blowing hot. They sent out a guy named Hoss, said I needed to clean the air filter. After replacing the filter, there was no change. They come back out a week later, and they say the coil is dirty. They cleaned the coil, however the problem still persisted. They come out again, this time they think it's the condenser fan motor. They replace that, and guess what the problem still persists.

Finally, they send another guy out who says it's the compressor over heating. I guess they can just change every part in the whole system one by one, and eventually get it right? A whole month goes by, and they still didn't order the compressor. I called the home warranty and they said it was only recently that they ordered the compressor, even though they said they did a month ago.

Fast forward to today, they came out, and again changed their minds, and said it's not the compressor, it's a capacitor relay. "Hoss" once again said it should be good, it worked for about 30 minutes, and now the AC is completely dead, not working at all. Being it's a Saturday, gonna have to go through the rest of the weekend with no AC at a minimum.

So not only have they not fixed the problem after two months, now they have made it worse. I have no idea why the home warranty company chooses the absolute worst contractors. These guys have no idea what they are doing, if it's not cleaning a coil or replacing an air filter.

Unable to get a quote to replace my 23 years old central AC and heat pump that was reasonable, I contacted ALLTECH Solutions.
Hoss took the time to discuss in depth all my options, none of my numerous questions was left unanswered.
Once agreed on the most adequate system to suit my needs at an attractive price, the friendly crew showed up on time in my remote area, did a clean install...very happy customer here!

Outstanding company, ran into an issue with an AC unit late in the evening, was able to call and get appointment for the next morning. Got a text message when the tech was in route to my house and I was able to track his vehicle with GPS. He was very professional and was able to assist me with everything that needed to happen. Price was reasonable, I would definitely recommend their services.

They were on time, they were so nice and polite. The 2 and half ton Reem unit they put on is so quiet. The price was so low. We had used another company, they put there's on, it was so noisy and loud. We kept calling them and they came out 5 times. And they couldn't stop the noisy All day and night that's all you could hear. So after 4 months we called Alltech Solutions Inc. A very nice man,by the name Hoss, help us so much.He told my wife and I he could put the same size on, for 4 Thousand dollars less. We called the company that put the first unit on and told us they would take it off and refund us are money. I am so happy we called Alltech Solutions Inc. They came the same day that the cooler was taken off and put theirs on. All the stress we went through was over thanks to Alltech Solutions Inc. I wish there we're more than 5 stars. You will be so happy if you use them.

The staff at Alltech Solutions are amazing! Not only were they helpful in the process of obtaining a quote they have incredible technicians that supported my project fully. Robby, Jaeden and Kyler were amazing and skilled at getting my new AC/Heater units installed. The office staff was extremely helpful as well answering my questions (and there were a lot) throughout the process. They gave excellent service along with amazing quality! So thankful to the team!

I just had my air conditioning replaced by Alltech Air Conditioning! I couldn't be happier. The service from the office (Hoss & Brianna) to the installers (Ian, Robert & Kyler) were very professional. They are well trained and know their products. Wow ! Alltech comes through again.
We had them install a full system in July of 2023 at a great price and within 3 days of 1st contact.
Our heater stopped working yesterday and they fixed it today at no charge.
Turned out it was a loose wire, but the tech (Robert)still had to climb into the attic to fix it and he did it in about 10 minutes. I can't say enough about this company. Highly recommended.

Hoss. and Victor installed a super mini split to my cabin just before a blizzard hit! Great guys, and I am snug as a bug!

A/c went out got in touch with the company and within a few hours they had come out to our house diagnosed the problem and had the new part ordered and installed the next morning the technicians were very knowledgeable and had the issue resolved within 24 hours took a late night call to find the problem, resolved the problem, and even followed up to see how everything was working. Great customer service from the top down highly recommend if you want quality and trustworthy service.

I recently had my A/C unit replaced by Alltech Solutions and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Hoss was very knowledgeable and got me setup with a nice unit which qualified for the current tax rebates. Robert and Kyler handled the install and were on time and on point. Anytime something goes wrong with my appliances, my heater, my ac. They are there within 24 hrs to fix it. Iv called multiple companies before and theyve tried ripping me off for thousands even tho i knew it was just a part.
This team at alltech comes in and tells me what i need and charged a good and fair price. Ill be using them everytime for now on. And by the way im super picky who i work with.

We had the pleasure of having service technician Keith come out to our house. Our ac went out in the middle of summer and Keith was able to have us up and running in no time. He was very nice and informative. I appreciate all his help and will ask for him specifically next time we need any hvac services.

We have a AC unit that is hard to get into and kept getting ghosted by hvac companies to get our unit serviced. We found ALLTECH Solutions and they have been AMAZING! They were fast to come out, were knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional. We were helped by the service technician, Ian, and he was wonderful. He really knew what he was doing and was great at explaining everything at my level so I could understand my unit. He was able to educate me and my husband and gave honest feedback on how the unit is doing. The office staff has also been amazing and respond quickly and are wonderful to communicate with. I am so glad we were able to connect with the company and plan to have a long term relationship with them.
