I called alltech solutions because I came home from work and my house was 1000 degrees! A buddy recommended them who I trust and im glad he did! They sent out Ian to my house he was very professional, polite , he new what he was doing and got my old ac back working! I spoke with their office after he left and they gave me a couple of good sounding options on upgrading to a newer unit. They answered all my questions and were not pushy on buying a new unit. Soon I will have to upgrade and after the treatment I received already the choice is easy All tech solutions will be who I pick! 5stars Highly recommend these guys! The Guys were awesome!. Had a little problem with the set up. They did some in field modifications and made it work. It was perfect! No drama no extras just a great job. Took them a little longer than they thought but they got the job done. I’d hire them again in a second. Thank you a great job!

I called and scheduled an appointment with them and the lady said 2pm and my wife was present when she said this. It would be 3 days without a.c. A guy shows up at 10:30 this morning and I get a call. She then calls me and responds “I know I didn’t schedule that because of whatever reason” Poor customer service and now we will have to wait another week because of their mistake.
