The service for replacing the HVAC system was excellent. The team quickly and correctly set up the whole system and double-checked the pipes. Our house feels a lot better now.

Super prompt services, on a Saturday, no less! A temporary fix was applied so my unit wouldn’t burn out and then Jon and Peter came back on Friday and repaired all the duct work the javelinas had trashed when they burrowed around under the house during the winter. Awfully hot job in the heat, done with humor and in a couple of hours. I recommend this company whenever I get a chance.

Once again. I called Jon to have someone come take a look at our a/c unit and by the next day we had a technician at our house trouble shooting it. Great customer.service and communication. Suguaro Air will always be our go to when it comes to a/c and heating.

My unit blew a compressor. Could have been a death wish. Rite Way told me to replace a condenser at 14k, and if i wanted to repair, it'd be close to double what Saguaro wanted + a 3 week wait. Saguaro had me cooling the very next day!!! Can't believe the customer service, urgency and willingness to solve the issue.

I contacted Jon at Saguaro Heating & Cooling with some maintenance issues on a split unit. I did not need same day service, but he jumped right on it. Peter showed up as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the issues, filled the refrigerant and got things wrapped up quickly. The service was top notch.

A/C quit overnight. I found Saguaro on Thumbtack with all positive reviews. Before Richard arrived I was able to replace the run Cap and get our A/C working. When he arrived he verified that the old cap was dead, and waived the service charge! Great!

It was 110 today and our home AC thermostat was set at 75 and it was only showing 77 degrees and we could feel the difference. I called 3 or 4 businesses and either got an answering machine or no answer at all. Then I read some reviews on Yelp for AC Repair. I decided to call Saguaro. John answered right away and said his Tech was nearby and would call me as soon as he finished a job he was on. He called me within the hour. That worked out real well for us. Peter did a super reasonable repair for us. John and Peter are both really nice guys and I know who to call now. I recommend Saguaro Air Heating and Cooling.

The staff was very helpful. They worked quickly to identify the issues and when it was decided to replace my 23 year old unit, gave fair terms. They were able to provide enough repair to keep my old unit running for the weekend and came on a holiday to install the new AC. I was up and running within a few hours and everything was explained clearly. Thank you for your help!!
