Scott is a no nonsense guy with tons of knowledge his crew Dave, Jesse and Jesus always do such a great job they are friendly, professional and tidy!
We highly recommend.

When we decided to add air conditioning after living with an evaporative cooler for 25 years, I realized I needed to get a minimum of three estimates, as I am pretty ignorant in this field. After receiving two estimates, and gaining a lot of information, my neighbor suggested I try Scott Guerin. I was thrilled with the estimate, as it was half of the other two, and I was impressed with the salesman (Hunter), the additional warranties they offer, and the military discount we received. I scheduled the installation, and was once again impressed with the courtesy, efficiency, and competency of the crew who installed it, especially David and Jesus. I absolutely will recommend this company. Thanks for a great job!

Dealing with Scott and his company was a very pleasant experience. Their pricing was much lower than the competition and the install was flawless. Scott came to my house and explained all the options. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. David and Margo did the actual install. They were friendly, on time and professional. The completed job looks and works well. I went with the two stage compressor model with the variable speed fan. It is so quiet that we can't tell when it is running. Give Scott and his company a try. You won't be disappointed.

Really unimpressed at the service and I haven’t even had them over to my house yet. And that’s not for a lack of trying. The first day we agreed for someone to come take a look, they were over 2 hours late with no courtesy call. I had to call them and ask what was going on. So we rescheduled for today and no one showed up. No phone call or anything. I’ll try to call tomorrow and see what excuse I get this time but I’ll likely move on to a company that knows how to handle their business appropriately

I have been doing business with Scott and his company since 2018. They have installed 11 systems for us so far and I will continue to use them for all of our heating and cooling needs. Bobbie has always been very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Hunter has been an absolute tremendous addition to the team. His professionalism and ability to efficiently schedule repair and warranty work in a timely manner is very much appreciated. In one of our jobs the actual work preformed was not as scoped, however Scott and I were able to work together to come to a satisfactory agreement and I will continue to recommend them to others.

They offer low prices but you get what you pay for. Installation is hit or miss and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. As far as I can tell the father (Scott) is retired/checked out and the son (Hunter) is in way over his head ... so, just make sure you know what you are in for before you use them.

Been a customer for under a year and regret every cent. Bought an undersized A/C unit from terrible advice from them and now it is failing in under a year and now I am not getting an answer after my 5th voicemail. Getting ripped off sucks and this company sucks!!! Answer your damn phone!!!!

We’ve had our wonderful AC unit from this business for many years with absolutely NO issues whatsoever. Recently told by several AC companies that due to the major storm we had most recently (hail), that our side panels were done for. I then reached out to Scott and he was more than willing to come inspect and discuss the issues promptly! The AC works without flaw despite the side pits ! The ease of knowing he’s willing to come inspect within hours gives me a feeling of gratitude in these times with companies. Thanks Scott!!!! MOST Respectable Company highly recommended. Peace,

I can't say enough about the great job Jaime Ruvalcaba and Fred with Pantano C&H did for us! We had a compressor seize up and stop. Jaime came out on Labor Day weekend and got it going. He identified deteriorated windings on the 15 to 20 year old unit and explained the need to consider a new unit. Pricing was reasonable and competitive for comparable equipment and installation in the Tucson area. They installed a new 2 and 1/2 ton York unit on 9/5/12 coordinating the crane needed to lift off the old and place the new unit. Jaime and Fred explained everything that was being done and within 3 hours the job was done. I recommend them highly to anyone needing any HVAC service in and around the Tucson area.

We decided to cancel these guys after one of their technicians started talking about his strip club experiences on the job, in our home, in front of a mother, a six year old daughter, and a twenty year old daughter. This was extremely unprofessional.

We didn’t fault the company at whole for this but we did call to inform them of what he did and we requested that he not be sent out to our place anymore. They sent him back anyway which made the dynamics extremely uncomfortable.

Then some rude supervisor covers up for the technician and claims that we are “problem clients” because we have a busy professional schedule and we had to reschedule their maintenance on occasion. This mistake was handled horribly, management has serious problems.

If you are looking for an A/C, give these guys a call. When I went to replace my A/C, they had the best bid for a high end unit. They got it installed and running quickly and on schedule. Since then I've had to have them come out and fix it because it blew out a capacitor due to the excess heat. They fixed it next day, on a Saturday, handled all the warranty stuff and had me back up and running.

We recently purchased a new home and the inspection report detailed multiple issues with HVAC system. I decided to use Pantano as they're familiar with the York systems like the one installed in my home. They rewired the thermostat, replaced the conduit, installed new insulation and resealed the air handler.
The techs were knowledgable, professional and the price was fair. Now I have the piece of mind that my HAVAC is installed correctly by a professional company.

The Mgr of my MHP recommended Pantano and I was very happy with there response time land Service call. Fred explained everything to me about my AC unit and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience. He even came back to double check the airflow, which we figured out. I went from blowing 51° to 37° after service and I didn't need a recharge just a basic service.
He even told me how to save money next time by getting on there Bi-Yearly service contract which includes your AC in the Spring and the Fall Furnace check up. This way my Home Warranty will be valid if it comes to that.
Actually cheaper than calling them when you add things up.
I was happy overall and would recommend Pantano to anyone that needs a answer or Service. I would highly recommend their yearly service contract to keep everything running smoothly and to save money.

A few years ago we had two hvac units installed, which was installed so sloppy. We did complained regarding this sloppy installation. Came out again, redid the outside insulation,
Worked for awhile, today, Had to call another company for service. It was brought to our attention, the drain pipe was installed wrong! Some of the condensation was dripping back in our house! We paid close to 7000.00 for these two units. They are top of the line!
Think about calling this company!!!!!

They came out to look at unit in May. The pictures are how they left it (Parker and Sons took the photos). The unit blows warm air now in mid July and it is because Pantano left our wiring like this. Fire hazard. I don't recommend.

Pantano cooling has been a fantastic company for me, from a new install in 2020 to a rush service call this morning. The dispatcher is so pleasant and quickly returns calls and the service technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, kind, hardworking and clean up the site. Thank you Pantano for the great service!
