I used them to install a new ac system and duckt work on my home. They did a fantastic job, Scotts son was who I was working with and he is on his way to being just as awesome as his dad!

The most thorough AC service I’ve had since I bought my condo AND the first company that didn’t tell me I had something wrong and try to sell a repair. I will call them again for another routine service and when I buy a new one I will definitely buy it from them!

The price was right and the installation went smoothly. The installers were professional and friendly. The air conditioner runs quietly. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Bought a property that had work done from scott guerin heating and cooling with the supposed "2 year warranty" receipt that they provide, but when i called to ask questions about issues i was having they simply redirected me and refused to even come look at the property. They made a simple diagnosis of the phone and continued to say that they weren't responsible. Horrible customer service, you'd think if there was a warranty in place that you would return and at least inspect your previous work to ensure that it does in fact have nothing to do with the issue, but nope. Would not recommend.

Promised a wireless thermostat for the new ac install. I phone and texted at least 4 times but no response. Got his money, then went dark. I hope there isn’t a problem with the new unit because I don’t have faith that they’ll respond.

Got a bill from them for services that I respectfully questioned with the owner Scott. His response was unfounded, inaccurate, rude, and insulting. The work they originally performed for me was mediocre and I had to redo the plumbing on the ac drains as they constantly backed up and plugged because they didnt have enough drop. I would not trust this company to perform the task that they are hired to do.

7/16 fins damaged and need replaced. Unit working so all that was needed was a 10 minute call to confirm what I already knew
Fins had been replaced by Scott two years ago so they had all the info. Numerous phone calls after 4 weeks still no response . Same excuse every time “we have to do emergencies first but you’re on are list”
I even said if you’re too busy just tell me.
NOTHING happened

Can not say enough about the excellent service we received in replacing our heat/air conditioning units. Everything was top notch from the office to the the installers. This was an attic replacement and was done in June 14-16 during record heat. Quality equipment at affordable prices.

Estimate done on Tuesday, almost half the price of others in the area, New HVAC/Heat Pump installed on roof on Friday!! Crew was super fast, efficient and competent. 100!% happy customer here. Have and will continue to recommend to others.

I was pleased when they installed two A/C units for us, but now they're not interested in doing their job. I have called twice to have someone come look at the one unit. Talked to the owner, Scott on a Saturday. He said he would call on Monday, then come look at the unit. He didn't call so I called his office. The girl in the office acts like she doesn't care, so I don't even know if the owner gets his messages and seems rude. It has been almost a month, still a no show and I don't want to call the office and talk to that rude girl, plus I shouldn't have to.

Very happy with the new heat pump HVAC system. Installation done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Hunter and Jesus were great to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I paid for a Split system down here in green valley. And Scott’s workers did not replace the old wire from the house to the unit nor did they replace the wires coming from the house! I’m no professional but when I got a quote from others they assured me it would be done right with no short cuts. Scott’s work is cheep and that’s what your paying for! When Scott came to do my Estimate he reeked like alcohol. He repeated himself more than 5 times on the same subject. His workers don’t have a dress code. They all wear different articles of clothing. I would 100% not refer anyone to Scott Guerin. The price was the only thing good about the this deal. Sincerely Mr. B.

Scott and Bobbie were excellent!! They were able to do a top notch installation and went above and beyond to make us happy. We will use their services again and recommend it to anyone. Their product, quality of work and customer service are the best in town.

We got 6 quotes before selecting Scott Guerin to replace our 26 yr old ac/furnace. They install Day & Night products and their prices are excellent. The installation by Marcos & Dave took less than a day. They were very friendly, answered our questions and left our garage as clean as when they arrived.
We highly recommend that you get multiple quotes before selecting a contractor. Only then can you appreciate Scott Guerin's quality, price and service!
