They came out to fix my hot water heater but it went out again in 2 hours and I called the warranty service I have and they called them again and sent out a fix order. They called me and set up a time and I waited for them and they were a no show not once but 3 different times and I still have no hot water. My conclusion now is they have no intentions of coming out to fix it.

Absolutely love Sothern AZ plumbing. They are honest and reliable. Always show up on time and provide trusted opinions on any work estimates.

We had Roots growing in our sewer line at the street. Mike and a couple of his co-workers were out yesterday. They cut out some roots and sent a camera down the line. Mike suggested a hydroclean to completely get rid of the roots. We had that done this morning. I watched as they scoped and clean the lines several times. We have been in this house about eight years. The bathroom sinks have never drained very well. They are draining well now. Who would have thought a well-draining sink would make someone so excited. I'm so excited!!! I keep going in both bathrooms and washing my hands just to see the water go down the drain. LOL Great job Mike thank you so much.

Southern AZ Plumbing repiped 20% of our home 2 years ago. Very thorough in explaination and reasonably priced. The actual work was done while I was out of state and they made sure that I was comfortable with the finished product.

This guys were incredible, they worked with me to find the best possible solution at the best possible price! They worked around my schedule, we’re respectful of my space and my time, and walked me through the entire process start to finish. I would highly recommend Justin Chitlin and Justin Wise to anyone doing any work on their property. Their team will go above and beyond to make sure that the job gets done, that it gets done correctly and that when they’re done, it looks like they were never there.

I had another plumber come to fix a slow-draining toilet. He removed the toilet and some tree roots. He showed me that there was more roots coming from the adjacent bathtub but wasn't able to take care of that. I later called Southern Arizona Plumbing. I couldn't tell that they had done anything to correct that problem so wrote a bad review - for which I am now terribly sorry because Aaron Rice came out and proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that there were no more roots!! I will certainly call Southern Arizona Plumbing any time I have a plumbing problem - they are terrific!!

Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

Southern Arizona Plumbing always does a great job. We have had them add gas lines, clean out pipes, replace faucets in 2 houses. They will always be our go-to plumbers.

Jake came out to our new house and fixed the list of things we had done in a timely manner. He was funny and explained everything he was doing which made us feel better and was a good learning experience. Jake is fun to talk to and knows his plumbing. I would definitely ask him to do more work in the future.

This was a big job, replacing and lining sewer pipes .It required removing and replacing a slab, digging 4 foot deep holes in several locations. The workmen were all courteous and professional. And a huge bonus...they left absolutely NO debris. It actually looks better than it did before the work was done.
I highly recommend using their services.

I would not recommend Southern Arizona Plumbing. Unprofessional and sloppy work.

Saturday. Had a leak in the front yard of a rental unit that turned out to be a corroded galvanized pipe. The plumber guessed that the line could be eliminated and a hose bib installed on the line coming from the house.

Turned out the line that he installed the hose bib on is connected directly to the hot water heater. And the fix eliminated hot water service to the kitchen sink.

Cost: $137

Called the plumber back, and I was told that nothing more can be done because it's the weekend and that he would have a supervisor call me on Monday and will come out to fix the problem.

Note: Plumber complained multiple times about having to work weekends and how is "done with it", and bragged about over charging customers on Sundays "even though the company tells him not to" because his time is valuable.

Monday. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and was informed that they had no notes for Supervisor to come out. Scheduled the Supervisor visit myself.

Supervisor arrived for the appointment, assessed the situation, but performed no repairs. Was told that he would be back the next day with a Plumber.

Tuesday. The Supervisor's sole recommended solution was to tap into an already incorrectly run pex pipe outside and feed the branched line back into the house, behind the cabinets, to the kitchen sink.

Note: I was informed that this fix was a stop gap and that Southern Arizona Plumbing would not warranty their work.

Plumber then left to pick up supplies, leaving us there for well over an hour.

Upon the Plumber's return, we were informed that the Supervisor was leaving and the Plumber would take about an hour and a half to finish the job.

I informed the plumber that we (my wife and I) had to run some local errands and would return in about an hour and to call if he needed us. The Plumber was left with the tenants.

When we returned, the Plumber was driving away from the residence, noticed us, then stopped. When asked he agreed to show us the completed work. From the branch point, a hole was drilled through the masonry, then between the oven, in front of the cabinet, fed into the cabinet to the supply line. I was informed that the cabinet door can no longer open fully because the pipe is now in the way.

Cost: $525

Had them install a whole home pressure regulator and a water heater, as well as fix an underground leak on the main water line coming in the house. Prices were good. Better price and better service than a competing company that shares its name with a local university mascot. Fixed underground leak quickly and I can't even tell where they dug. It literally looks better than before they fixed it.

Amazing service, great prices and friendly techs and office staff! After several bad experiences with other plumbers I am so happy to have found Southern Arizona Plumbers. I have used them for work at my small business and my house and recommend them highly.

I never thought I would be so happy to have a sink drain properly. Jake was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, easy to talk to and included us in everything he was doing. Needless to say I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them for me and let me take pictures. He gets my highest recommendations! If you need anything he is the man with a plan. Southern Arizona plumbing came out on top for me being able to handle my sewer line clog, leaking shower facets, heater gas line and a clogged sink. I need my water line replace from the water meter to my house. The had the best price and did what they told me they would do. JW (Justin ) was great. His helper Nathan was very helpful. When they were done you could not tell it was ever done. They had to tear up the concrete and you would never know it was torn up. Great job guys. I would recommend them.

I had two new toilets, which I furnished, installed in my bathrooms.
I was very impressed with the good job that Randy Moore did for me.
He is very patient and very conscientious. I have used this company several times since moving to Tucson 2 1/2 years ago and I will continue to use So. Arizona Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

My first experience with them wasnt great but the work was done on the unit above me not my property. There was poor communication that the company gave me. However I have used them twice now for work at my place and they have been fantastic. The owner is great. Always on time and perform job quickly. Just used them again and I appreciate that they were able to get me an appointment same day. I think they are little pricey but I guess that is the way it goes when not available to to do the work yourself. I had a leak in the kitchen turns out I needed a new garbage disposal. They charge $330 for a new one. Its $90 for service call, $90 disposal (badger 5 1/2hp price st home depot) and $150 for labor. Maybe just this time we are in makes everything pricer I don't know. I still recommend them especially if if its urgent and you need them now always seem to be able to wiggle you into their busy schedule.

Not sure I can say enough about this company and its people. I had a very expensive water line break and this company DELIVERED. From the initial call I knew I had the right company on the job. Tim came out the same day to assess the situation and made arrangements for temporary water service to get us through the repair process. Tim kept me informed every step of the way while I coordinated things with my insurance company. Jake and Justin showed on time, every time and DID NOT STOP. They made sure everything was addressed with quality workmanship and made sure our landscaping was put back like nothing ever happened. Even coming out on a Sunday to finish the job. This water line break was not cheap, or fun but Southern Arizona Plumbing made it as easy as it could get. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Southern Arizona Plumbing monthly for several years. Aaron and Mike are great to work with. I have used their services for scoping, hydro jetting, and sewer line repair. The jobs have always been done right, on time and at a fair price.
