I was very impressed from the office staff to the wonderful plumber, Mike Aratatian. I had my tankless water heater installed by another company but was cancelled twice by them so I turned to Benjamin Franklin. From this time forward, i will use this wonderful company for plumbing issues.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing experience was excellent. Mike A. came the next day and worked with our intermittent problem. He tried a fix and won't charge us until we see if problem resolved. Wonderful man and service!!! Thank you

David was great. Very respectful and got the job done Quickly and efficacy.

Mike was very prompt,polite and detailed and knowledgeable about the required work. Provided a detailed quote in 10 minutes and followed up with me on several questions. Will be performing the work this coming Monday and I am 100% confident that the job will be perfect. Rebecca scheduled the work to meet my needs as I had a leak and could not use the sink.

Big shout out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater Tucson!!! Mike came out to fix a water heater issue today. He was very respectful around the property as well as professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was later joined by David & Tyler who were also very professional & personable. They even took the time to run faucets to get air build up in the lines removed when the water heater work was done. And went the extra mile to remove the kitchen faucet head to avoid possible damage to it by any sediment that might come through. Truly a class act company!

Jeff did an outstanding job. We called Wednesday night at closing and they were out Friday morning as it was not an emergency. Communication about arrival time was good: in fact he was early. He explained everything, fixed the problem and the fee was very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again.

Five stars aren't enough. Jeff is amazing. Of course he was on time and very professional while also being friendly. What I feared was a major problem was quickly solved. He didn't try to turn it into a bigger issue than it actually was. I had him give an estimate on replacing my whole house water filtration/softener system. He will be doing that job very soon. The price was unbeatable. I can't say enough great things about Jeff and the company.

The team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been amazing from start to finish. Starting from answering my call quickly to unclogging my toilet in a timely manner. Although they had a busy/full schedule on this Sunday morning, they were able to have Domingo come out within an hour to unclog my toilet. Domingo was professional yet personable. My daughter was amazed at the work he has done.
