Leonard at Tucson Plumbing Solutions is great to work with! We were referred to him by SPE Electric and he sure delivered! He helped diagnose our complicated plumbing issue with locating and repairing a leak among multiple supply lines split between an HOA and private ownership. He was quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

Technicians Donovan and Leonard have been great to work with but I feel that their phone person could use some customer service counseling to help her handle customers with better care over the phone. Also, should call customers to let them know when technicians will be delayed in reaching their home. Arrival was one hour over the standard 2 hr window. That's not good customer service or promptness. It makes customers think of going elsewhere or using a different company.

Tucson Plumbing Solutions was recommend to us by a friend and I have to thank her! They were terrific, took care of the problems that I couldn't do and did them efficiently. I will highly recommend them to my friends and call them again!!

Very prompt sending someone to unplug a toilet that I couldn't unplug with a plunger. Drew arrived, very professional and courteous, quickly determined that no other plumbing parts were contributing to the problem, and managed a very quick fix with a toilet auger. He cleaned up the area and had the job finished in less than 15 minutes. Drew told me the charge would be $120 😯, and when I was electronically billed, it was $174 😮. Great service and work, but pricey.

Andrew, from Tucson Plumbing Solutions, came to our house this morning ON TIME, to do some plumbing for us. He had expertise, answered all my questions, was polite, cleaned up when completed. I would absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Tucson Plumbing Solutions.

Derrick came to my house and did an initial evaluation of the perceived problem. However, rather than jumping right into a repair that would have cost a lot of money, he felt we should conduct a camera inspection and smoke test to confirm the problem. Those tests showed that there was an entirely different problem that was then quickly, and much more cheaply, corrected.

First class evaluation by pleasant and honest workmen. I am very pleased.

We have a new construction where our plumbing was installed incorrectly by our contractor. He didn't use a plumber. He said he could do it. Home Owner's nightmare. From the sewer pipe not having enough slope, to tying into an illegal section of pipe, to botching the toilet flange rough-in 3 times!, to building the actual new toilet incorrectly. Ug. We called Tucson Plumbing Solutions with our tails between our legs and they have come out and corrected, adjusted and fixed each one of the mistakes. It all works perfectly and looks great now. Every plumber I've worked with from Tucson Plumbing Solutions have been extremely knowledgeable and excellent at their skill. Each of them have been solid, honest & kind. Their prices are very reasonable and they've made themselves available the few times we've had an emergency leak. I've learned so much from them. They have exceeded my expectations and I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you TPS! I am grateful for each of you.

I cannot say how extraordinarily awesome Tucson Plumbing Service is!! I have rentals properties & my own private home - so 3 homes. I texted them last night (a Sunday mind you) and they were at the property today - and its already resolved/fixed. I had a massively high water bill (pool water was left on) and was naturally freaking out. Having them reply to my text immediately last night was very reassuring and my stress went down. They have done work on all my homes in the last couple years at least 15 times - EXTREMELY reasonable pricing, very responsive and communicative, quality workmanship - and all around nice guys!!

We came home to find water leaking through our ceiling. Tucson Plumbing promptly came, found the leaking PEX fitting and replaced it. Brian and Gabriel were the plumbers who performed the excellent repair. They were very clean, professional and curtious. I would request them again.

This company was referred by our Property Management team. I am so impressed with their service. Andrew, Leonard and Mario were all fantastic!! Great communicators, very knowledgeable and also hardworking. They came quick, diagnosed fast and performed the work efficiently. Answered all my questions and were very patient and kind. My yard looks completely untouched! (I work for a General Contractor and will be referring these guys as much as possible.)

As usual, we got very prompt service from the team at Tucson Plumbing Solutions. They really deliver excellent service and communicate really well throughout the project. Highly recommend them for your overall plumbing needs.

Rapid response to a leak in the tub faucet. Faulty cartridge was replaced. Repair was done well, and the technician was efficient and professional. Satisfied with all but the billing process. Was not able to pay at the time of service. I am used to receiving the bill at the end of the service, having the bill tallied and explained to me and then paying by credit card. But the workman had no bill for me. I did not actually know the service charges, or total bill, until an invoice came through an email. I called the company to comment on this process, but their representative blew off my issues. I told her that I preferred to see and agree to the charges at the time of service, when the worker could explain all the fees and charges and give me a final total (service charge was 45$, materials costs of $100.39 and service rate of $193.50 = $338.89). I do not dispute the fees, but I was not happy waiting to learn what I owed for the repairs, with no ability for discussion.

Not only did Scott Patka have a great attitude when presented with my complicated issues, which helped alleviate some of my stress, but he also sent me a great team in Ethan and Mario. They literally worked all day with great attitudes while dealing with the worst situation. I just couldn't have asked for better. And the pricing was reasonable.
I would use Scott for any plumbing (or electrical) needs in my home and refer them to anyone. We are all just tired of corporate businesses abusing our need and trust. This Tucson team is built out of real people fixing real problems for other real people. They are actual real ones, doing quality work as a career not just a job.
Hire them. Tip them. Appreciate them. They are doing what we can't.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Leonard did a quick efficient job at the time he said he would. I didn't meet him but my wife did. She had nothing but praise for his thoroughness in replacing our old pressure regulator with a new one and a better ball valve that is supposed to last longer with Tucson's hard water. I inspected the job after got off work--it looks great! The price is fair, so no complaints there. I would recommend Leonard and Tucson Plumbing Solutions.

After our emergency situation and all the steps of having to do some demolition in the home, Tucson Plumbing Solutions was ready to install our new water heater. They were prompt, efficient, and so helpful. They even took on a couple of extra repairs without much notice and did it all with a smile. They are so friendly and simply amazing! Thanks Guys!

Great service! I previously used Tucson Plumbing Solutions for a toilet repair at my house and had a great experience with them. This call was for a water service line break at my moms house and they responded within a couple of hours and the repair was accomplished in a very short time. The team is very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained (and showed) what the problem was and how it was repaired and answered all our questions. I really appreciate their quick response and trustworthiness. Will definitely call them again!
