Well, I’ve worked with well over 100 service providers over the last many decades, in 12 cities and two countries, and, without question, Code Blue has gone far beyond expectations! Late night, days off, Ethan never failed to respond to calls or texts! In a time when disappointments and negative reviews are more than common, I can honestly say they’re the best! 5 star +++

Robert and Angel came out to look at my slow draining kitchen sink that was also backing up during a washer rinse cycle. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were polite, professional, patient and did a thorough job pressure testing volumes of water from the sinks and washer to ensure that the backup or clog made it's way out of the pipes. We have used Code Blue Plumbing for all our needs since we bought our house, and we've never had a bad experience! Thanks for today's call Robert and Angel! You guys were great!

Updated 4/26/2025: After my last review, I heard back from Bernadette at Code Blue, and that set into motion a series of subsequent visits. I ended-up using them for some additional work, which turned into a major job that I wasn't expecting. However, through it all, Jay went out of his way to try to ensure I had the service I had grown used to having when I used them on a number of occasions several years ago, hence why I updated the rating to 4 stars. Thank you, Jay and Bernadette, for the locally owned business customer service of meeting me where I was at and wanting to ensure my plumbing needs were addressed. I will be using Code Blue Plumbing in the near future as I finalize this project.

I have used Code Blue Plumbing for quite a few years - they've replaced the poly pipes in one of my homes, switched out a shower valve in my current home, and they have always done a great job. Over the past several years, I have even recommended them to a few of my neighbors and friends.

The reason for only 2 stars is I just had them out to a home I'm getting ready to move into (I'm in the process of down-sizing) - I needed 2 toilets installed and some shower faucets replaced. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman instead of a plumber this past week. They are charging me a very high price to replace the faucets and valves in my showers (they had to reschedule this for a future visit this coming week as they didn't have the time on the last visit).

Great team, very communicative. Will use this company in the future. Angel was especially great!

I'm way overdue to write this review, but was just recommending Code Blue to a friend and realized I had forgotten. Had a fantastic experience with them a while back. They sent Eli out to deal with a leak in the main line leading into the house. He was so friendly and professional. The best part is he gave me an estimate based on a quick look, then the job took significantly longer than he expected because the pipes were rather complicated and difficult to access, yet he stuck with the original quote! I was amazed because most places would not hesitate to charge you more. Next time I need a plumber I know who I am calling.

Really wonderful plumbers! Personable, well spoken, honest, trustworthy. They were so thorough in sleuthing for all possible causes for my pump’s failure, they were able to diagnose the exact reasons within the hour. They even helped me figure out how to get the problem solved with the lowest possible price. I highly recommend them!

I recently had a great experience Code Blue Plumbing who truly impressed me with their service. They have a level of professionalism that was impressive, and they answered all of my questions before they got started.

Overall, I would highly recommend Code Blue for reliable and expert plumbing service. Their combination of timelines, professionalism and expertise makes them a good choice for our plumbing needs.

They did a GREAT job, very pleased, they had to come back the next day to adjust a tiny drip, but it was nothing for them to fix that in a jiffy. I 'highly' recommend these guys. They were reasonably priced also. I hope you consider them next time you have a flood in your house.

This company is the best in town, I had bad experience in the past with other companies mostly the ones you see on big billboards in town. Code blue is an amazing they help you when you need it and it’s professional and the prices and reasonable. I had Dough come in and he did the job fast efficient and he was a pleasure to work with.

Had a bathroom remodel and used Code Blue for our plumbing. They were awesome ..they came out in a timely fashion and when they said they would. Mike was our plumber and was friendly and knowledgeable... it all works great!!

Code Blue Plumbing always delivers a great experience, but today was truly exceptional. We had a last minute issue at one of our furnished rentals, and they had someone on site in under 30 minutes. Unbelievable responsiveness.

And not just anyone—Robert. Let me just say, Robert is the man. He was absolutely phenomenal. He stayed on the phone with me while we troubleshooted, walking through every possibility to pinpoint the issue. He didn’t just check the box like some vendors do. He was genuinely invested in finding a solution. Thorough, patient, and clearly committed to getting it right.

The level of care and professionalism he brought was next level. It’s one thing to show up quickly, but to show up with that kind of effort and expertise is what sets Code Blue apart.

Ethan and Ben came out to assess a few plumbing issues, and not only were they able to determine size and scope quickly they handled one repair on the spot. Their expertise was clear, and they were prompt, communicative, and respectful of the space, leaving everything clean and tidy.

From the initial call to the completed service, it took just under 48 hours. The pricing was fair and accurate, and we really appreciated how easy everyone from dispatch to the techs was to work with. Genuinely helpful, professional, and efficient. I purchased a dishwasher from a big box store including install. The dishwasher arrived at 8 am this morning, but the contractor said they couldn't install it without charging me more then double to do the work. I called Code Blue. They were here within 3 hours and the dishwasher was installed for a much better price. Next time I'll just schedule with Code Blue in the first place. I have been using Code Blue for years and they are responsive, do great work, and are upfront about costs. Thank you Abel & Angel for doing such a great job!

Quick response (next day!). Prompt, polite, professional and clearly proficient.
1st time using this company (recommended from someone). Will call them 1st for future plumbing needs.

Fantastic service. My sewer line backed up, I called them at 9:30, they were there by 10:45, and the work was done by 11:15! AND they have the fairest rates in town.

Stockton was a great tech. He helped me decide to put in a new water heater vs repairs . His instal was done quick and accurately.
