They fixed a water main break a year ago, however they did not leave much depth between the box and exit pipe, contributing to a water main break a year later.

They had the concrete water main box resting <1in above our pipe after fixing a main break a year ago, and in response to my skeptical questions on the close spacing said that would be fine. Almost a year later it unsurprisingly broke when a vehicle drove on the box. Over the phone and when the technician came out, they claimed the install was done correctly, that the break was purely our negligence, that it's the water utility's fault for poor placement, and they would not be covering or discounting fixing of the issue.

While the board of contractors views vehicles going over the box to be unallowable and abnormal (therefore not the company's fault), the box was set in a manner such that it ensured that much of any vertical force put on the box would result in the pipe breaking, quite likely from even natural erosion of the soil at the bottom of the box. Just rotating the box slightly (acceptable, per Metro Water), exiting deeper (what Metro Water says is best practice), or spreading the load better at the bottom of the box would have almost certainly prevented this issue from reoccurring.

A positive I will say is that they are responsive, the people on the phone are kind, and 24/7 availability is valuable and important in a crisis.

From start to finish, this is a top-notch business. From my first phone call to the scheduler, to the conscientious, thorough and polite communication from the service person (Ethan) while he was at my home. I would highly recommend. They got the job done, triaging my issue even when I was miles away from my home. Would highly recommend their services!

We suspected a leak in our plumbing. Code Blue's technician, Angel, was very thorough but couldn't locate a leak and referred us to a leak detecting company. They were also unable to locate a leak. Jay, the manager with Code Blue followed-up, came out and did another inspection, looking at our water conditioner, etc. Code Blue didn't charge us anything, but we will be sure to call them for all of our plumbing needs!

I called them about a broken water heater. Stockton was very kind and professional, and was able to fix the heater in very little time. I would definitely recommend Code Blue, and request Stockton in the future.

Code Blue scheduled us ASAP, and the communication was excellent as the tech approached our scheduled visit. Orlando was on time and also communicated clearly throughout the visit. We discussed possible repair options, and signs to watch for following the service call. No high-pressure sale pitch. Great service! We will call again as issues arise in the future! We had a VERY SLOW drain on our master bath shower. We had one plumber come out but he couldn't get to the drain because the drain cover appeared to be grouted into the floor. We called Code Blue and they came out the next day, exactly at the time they said they'd be here. Joe and Angel were able to fix the problem without damaging the floor. Not only were the punctual, they were professional and personable! We are beyond happy as we had envisioned a major repair based on notes from the previous owner. Joe and Angel were here and gone in less than an hour. Love these guys!

I don’t know about their services, but their driving is terrible. One of their trucks cut us off, almost ran into us, and then made a turn with no blinkers at all. If you’ve got your company name all over your vehicle, you’d think you’d drive with a little more care. The way this driver handled the road was flat out dangerous, and it makes a really bad impression of the business.

Code Blue is amazing. Their technicians are professional, look very clean and well presented in their uniforms. Angel is very polite and well knowledgeable, explains everything and walks us through our repairs. I recommend code blue and always ask for Angel. Hes amazing.

My neighbor and I both had our water lines fixed at our water boxes which is on my property partly in my driveway. We both used different companies. My neighbor used Code Blue which gave him a one year warranty. The Code Blue worker installed the water box on top of my neighbor waterline instead of using an elbow to go throw the cut out. We both voice our opinion that when using the driveway it will break the line the way it was installed but the plumber would not listen and said their was a warranty. My neighbor's line did break under the year mark and Code Blue would not honor their warranty because of my driveway. This company does not keep their word and their warranty means nothing. I have pictures but it won't let me upload to this post.

Our realtor recommended Code Blue Plumbing for our recent home purchase inspection. The house was initially built in 1969, so it was essential to inspect the sewage line using a camera.

Based on the results and considering the age of the line, we opted to clean the line and then install a Maxliner to prevent future root intrusion and/or collapse of the existing pipe. This project was intense, and Michael and Ben managed the two-day process with ease and careful planning. We now have a 25-year guarantee on the lined section of piping, which has averted even a much larger project and expense in the future.

Code Blue Plumbing came to repair a bathroom toilet, just two days before a large gathering at my home for Thanksgiving dinner. A repairman came the same morning that I called. He was thorough, careful, polite and reasonably priced. The young man took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently and we discussed future work that I needed to schedule. The charge was below what I expected, and a senior discount was applied as well. I could not have been more pleased with the timing, the cost, the service, and the quality of the work. We noticed the floor near our clothes washer was wet and after some testing, discovered the drain pipe where the washer drains was clogged. Tried to use our snake and some chemicals to unblock the drain but weren't successful. I called Code Blue and the next morning Abel showed up as promised. He provided a fixed price ahead of time and used two different snakes to clear the blockage. I will not hesitate to call Code Blue again should the need arise, hopefully it won't!

Code Blue was hired in August 2024 to perform a sewer inspection at the property I was in escrow to purchase. The property has a main house and an adjoining guest house. For reasons unknown they scoped the main line but not the sewer line from the guest house to the main. In their report they state that there were no above ground clean outs. If they would have looked at the guest house they would have practically tripped over the clean out. Being an out-of-town buyer I relied on Code Blue to do a thorough, professional job. My house is now in escrow to sell and the company that came out to do the sewer inspection actually started with the guest house clean out and discovered a grinder pump buried in the ground I did not know was there. Code Blue prides themselves on being the experts with "impressive knowledge" so they should have been the ones to discover this. I would have known then that the grinder pump was not installed to code and had the seller fix it. Instead, I am having to pay to have the pump dug out and installed properly. For $5,300.
