Wow, very impressed with Economy Plumbing! We have had many trade people do work for us but Cassius was the most impressive. He called to say he could come earlier than the appointment which was a great start and when he got here he surveyed the issues and explained what he recommended and why. When I agreed, he assigned his helper to one issue and started working on the other problem. Before long he had solved all the issues and made recommendations for the future. Maybe the biggest shock of all was the reasonable price for all the great work!!

Cassius and Tyler showed up promptly, looked at my disasteroys plumbing, fixed everything at an extremely reasonable price, offered to install a bidet for free to get my business and had everything running in under 20 minutes. Extremely polite and professional. Fantastic service from start to finish. Could not recommend them more highly!

Matt & Evan arrived pleasantly ahead of schedule after calling first. They got right to the problem (Replacing Kitchen Sink Faucet and Valves) and finished the project in good time. Josh, the plumber who tasked with fixing our toilet was friendly, professional and explained the issue with our malfunctioning toilet. He then proceeded to repair it and gave us instructions on how long to wait as the new caulking and seal sets before we use it. After completion of the job, he cleaned up the area leaving it as he found it. We were impressed with his performance as to every facet of the work. Josh and Justin came out and fixed my two toilets, one of which was leaking. They were really professional and didn't upsell me. I used 88Drain once before and this second experience was just as good as the first. Really reasonable prices. Kayla was awesome and called me when Josh and Justin were on their way. You got a customer for life.

Alex and Wyatt showed up totally prepared at the beginning of the window of time I had been quoted. Alex had my garbage disposal unclogged within minutes of his arrival, and educated me about how it works with the dishwasher. He even tied the pipe correctly so that there is no backflow into my dishwasher, something that has probably been happening for the last 7 years. They offered to put everything back under the sink, but I said that was not necessary. I didn't think to remove everything before they came, but I think it would really save them some time if you did that. Alex and Wyatt also checked the drain lines to make sure they were clear. I felt they were thorough and FAST!

When I called, I was told it would be $75 for the service call if they did not need to replace the disposal. Sure enough, I paid $75. This is also the price that is on their website, so I really appreciate this consistency. After not being able to use that side of my sink for a week, due to my own stupid mistake, it was totally worth $75 to have Alex unclog it for me. I got the fridge magnet and I will call them the next time I need a plumber. Thanks guys!

Matt and Luke were excellent, but the great service started before they arrived. My home warranty company had arranged for them to come the next day. I called and the man who answered the phone was able to get me in the same day. Matt and Luke solved my plumbing problem. They were polite, informative, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done. I'd highly recommend 88 Drain for your plumbing needs.

I have used 88 Drain several times. Last time was installation of three new toilets. done well professional and cleanly.
On my winter visitor rental the clogged toilet was a flushed Tooth brush !
As I am used to doing my own repairs but age and injuries have eliminated that.
I am now setting appointment for valve replacement under bathroom sink.
Repeat business is the highest compliment for my business and all companies..

Once again the great crew at 88 drain has bailed us out. We own several properties and we always call 88-drain when we need help. Darcy, who answered our call today was so helpful and is really competent. She got us scheduled right away and Alex and Sage came out and solved our problem ASAP. We had a blocked drain from our washer which resulted in our laundry room flooding. Sage was already on our roof by the time I answered the door and let Alex in to see our laundry room. The drain was cleared pretty quickly and we are back in business. Alex then took the time to explain the pros and cons of old washers and helped us realize that we don't need to buy a new one. He also gave us a quick assessment of some other jobs that we will need to have done in the future. We have been customers of 88 drain since we moved into my parents home nearly 10 years ago and my parents were their customers for many years before that. We have always had wonderful service from them and highly recommend their services.

Thank you Mike and Brandon for fixing my drain in an efficient manner. Keeping your appointment on time or slightly early was a surprise. Both of you were courteous, respectful of my home and professional in completing the job. With Thanksgiving coming up, I don't have to worry about the sink causing major trouble. Had a main line blockage that I could not clear I usually can do anything around the house maintenance wise. Called a plumber and he worked on it for a long time but did not remove obstruction, he said it was good and I would not have anymore problems.

We all know how much we use water, Well I could not use any water that would go down a drain period. so I was in a bad place.

Called 88DRAIN (They were actually recommended by two other plumbing services) they came quickly and removed the obstruction with little fuss they followed up wanting to know that it was good and that I had no more problems.
Repair was done quickly, correctly and at a value that I am very happy with. I will use them again if I have problems in the future with out hesitation.

Thank you 88DRAIN Hugh and Brandon for helping me with my emergency I hope I don't need you in the future, but it's good to know that if I do it will be quick and at a price that more than fair.

I could not give more stars. We had a home warranty, but read the reviews and decided to take our chances. Best decision ever. We thought we needed our drains cleared and the owner and one other gentleman came to assess the problem. As it happened, it was our toilets. Hugh told us where to purchase the new toilets as we would get us a better price. Next day we called the office and Darcy, who works in the office scheduled us the next day for installation. They came with four guys, installed the new toilets, hauled away the old ones and all the boxes from the new ones. The charge was less than quoted. I would highly recommend BB Drain. Best ever! I've been using Quality Drain for YEARS and don't bother looking anywhere else when I have a drain problem. Hugh and his crew have even done plumbing work for me, installing a new water heater and and some plumbing repair. His work is top-notch and the price is more than fair. I just had my annual service done by Alex and Sage and they were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they did and the charge, so that there were no surprises. It's nice to be able to use a local business instead of a "big box" company. Give Quality Drain a try, you won't be disappointed.

Incredibly happy and relieved we found 88Drain. New house, our toilets started backing water up into our showers and we knew there was a major clog in our sewage lines.

Fortunately, after calling several local licensed plumbers, we landed on 88Drain, whose quote was significantly more affordable than the others.

The services we had were systemic unclogging, followed by grading and installation of outdoor cleanouts, which our home was old enough not to have previously. You cannot tell they dug down several feet, landscaping was put back in place (see the photo). They got it done in 2 days in extreme heat, which is LESS time than they had promised. Josh and Kaid were sharp and professional, as well as very courteous. We were not inconvenienced ONCE by the process.

If you're in a bind, I highly recommend these guys. They care about their Google reviews, which should clue you in on how this business operates. It's important to their livelihood and they provide a service that earns them high marks. In an age where quality has suffered at the expense of more volume, it has been so important to us to find reputable businesses we can trust in Tucson, and we lucked out with 88Drain.
