The level of service was incredible. Called for help, appointment set with a four hour window. office called to let us know one hour out. Guys came and took care of the clog. Level of professionalism and service from the entire company was excellent! I highly recommend 88drain. When I find a good one I tell everyone. Tell your friends about these guys (no, I’m not getting paid to say this).

Very responsive and communicative company. I got a call within 1 hr after leaving a message and was placed on the schedule for the next business day. This is the 3rd time using 88DRAIN, all varying issues, never the same problem. These guys are professional, friendly, informative and reasonably price. I lost track of time, Josh waited for me while I picked up my son from school to arrive back home to let him in. Josh came in, fixed my issue in a timely manner, gave me some tips, I paid the bill and he was on his way. All within 1 hr. Thank you Josh!!

Zach is a great addition to the 88Drain team. Friendly, professional, informative and efficient. He cleaned the sewer line and washer drain, explained everything and answered all the questions I had. Also had a helpful tip about getting rid of the odor when the washer drained. I've used 88Drain for over 22 years and will continue to use and recommend them.

After 6 days of drain issues and a terrible experience with ROOTER KINGS PLUMBING, I called 88-DRAIN and was reminded of what an honest and professional service provider looked like. My trusted plumber referred me to 88-Drain for backed up shower and toilet. Brandon and Wyatt showed up within the time frame and worked efficiently to solve the problem. I paid a nominal extra fee to have bathtub snaked separately from the main sewer line. They were courteous and respectful and clearly explained everything they were doing. A few months ago I had 88Drain chase down a clogged drain line and replace 2 toilets. Josh, Dylan, and Kadd did great work inside. The clog turned out to be rather difficult to unclog due to the way the drain line is laid out, but the guys stuck with it and all for the set price.

The new toilets are doing great. The guys did a great job. They made sure thing stayed clean too. Myron and Hugh were outside. One helped haul everything away: boxes, toilets, and any other assorted trash. The other was a supervisor checking in to see the job was going okay. The new waterline I bought was too short; so they showed me the issue which was easy to see. They had a longer water line on their truck and the price was in line with what I paid at the hardware store. I'd say a fair price if you need parts.

88Drain was a good value, they did a great job, and I will call them again in the future if I have another issue.

Hughes staff is the best in town! They are fast efficient can take time to explain whatever you want them to explain to you. I have used this company for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I had his guys out this morning to do a garbage disposal install , do my yearly drain of the water heater and snake out my drains from the roof and the two gentlemen did an awesome job and were very friendly. 88 drain is my go-to plumber ☺️

I can’t recommend this company enough!! Last year we needed to snake our sink in the kitchen, not only were Brandon and his associate attentive, but they truly listened to my concerns. This time we needed to flush our water heater, and Hugh and Cory came over and showed us how to do the process on our own. Truly love this company and love how they care about their customers! Will keep recommending!!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a Plumbing company. . I was offered an appointment for the same day, and they came when scheduled. I even received a call stating they were on their way. Hugh and Josh were awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable and they explained and showed me everything. Pricing was extremely fair. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, and I will definitely use them again if need be. What an awesome experience. No up selling or dishonest tactics. How refreshing!

88-Drain is the BEST!! I called late in the afternoon regarding my septic backing up. Hugh committed to have someone out between 3pm and 6pm which I was so thankful to get same day service. Matt called a little before 6pm saying they were running late but would be onsite within 30 minutes. It was dark when Matt and Dylan arrived. Both were professional and courteous. They had my septic issue resolved within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. It's great to see a company that is willing to work past normal business hours to service their customers. I highly recommend 88-Drain.

Excellent service today from Dylan. He arrived within an hour of my call and promptly fixed a plugged toilet. Also fixed another new toilet that had just been installed by a handyman and was leaking. Great service and reasonable pricing. Will definitely call 88Drain again!

We’ve had 88 Drain come out a few times and every experience has been really good. We just had Josh out and he was very professional and thorough and he found the months long problem to our toliet-roots were growing in the pipe! He cleaned everything and restored everything in tip top shape. Great prices too! So happy to have found a plumber we like.

I called 88Drain to replace the wax ring and reset my toilet. Mike and Brandon arrived at my home, analyzed the job, and set to work. In the process they also replaced the water supply line valve and the flush valve, Throughout the job, they were polite and careful. In what seemed like no time, they were done. I have used 88Drain many times and have not been disappointed. I will call them again, for sure.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done! We recently got our toilets replaced by them, and the two guys who came out to do the work were so patient with my kids asking a million questions and did a great job making sure everything was put in correctly and looked nice and neat. They were also really reasonably priced! 10/10

I called Sunday evening, hoping to get on the schedule for Monday. Sure enough, I received a phone call Monday morning and they set up an appointment for that afternoon. Josh and Alex arrived within the time-frame promised. They were personable, professional and got the job done in a short time at a reasonable price. I was in need of a plumber due to a clogged kitchen drain. My husband tried to unclog it but was unsuccessful after at least an hour of trying the night before. I called 88Drain after reading so many good review. Brandon arrived and was very pleasant and got right to work. It was a tough clog but he was able to get it unclogged. I was so pleased. Absolute life savers! We had three different plumbers come out and quote us $$$ for different services that we supposedly required to remedy our clogged kitchen drain line. Tech Brandon showed up on time was super nice, professional, clean, and was able to unclog our drain within 30 minutes. Incredible!! Can’t recommend this company enough.
