Quick and efficient service. Came same day we needed some plumbing help. Israel was very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely awful experience! This company was who our warranty company assigned as our contractor and they initially were very prompt in coming out to diagnose the issue. Found it odd that the guy just took photos of the system but didn’t attempt to turn anything on/off and fiddle with it at all - just instantly determined we needed a new one. Then our warranty company informed us we needed to approve 2 additional parts they stated we needed that were not covered by our warranty. It would be $360 out of pocket. We approved it and we couldn’t get in communication with them for a week in which we were left without hot water that entire time after leaving multiple messages with dispatch requesting calls back. Finally we hear back and are told that we need to approve additional charges that were going to go up from the $360 we agreed to initially to $680!! Absolutely ridiculous! Why would they have not known the week prior when telling us the charges that these additional parts were “needed”? How did they come to the conclusion that additional parts were needed a WEEK LATER?! Super shady! They left us in a terrible position to try and make us pay more after waiting now almost 2 weeks for installation - assuming they’d think that we would just be so desperate for the installation that we would roll over and accept the charges without question. We ended up ending their services and got a second opinion from someone who confirmed the additional charges are completely unnecessary and unwarranted. We now have a different contractor having us pay less out of pocket than TAZ told us. So mad they wasted our time and tried to scam us. Very unethical!!!

Israel was here within the time window that was given to me. He worked very efficiently, neat and clean he also double checked to make sure everything was OK before he left. He also gave me options that were available for restoration due to the water leak. Thank you.

SCAM! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! They just want you to buy a new water heater! They wanted us to pay $8k for a new water heater when we had a warranty on ours! Go with Pruitt Plumbing!! They came & installed my parent’s water heater with no issues!

so I had water damage they said they investigated and fixed the problem it was a pipe in the back of the tub. the tech said he fixed the problem . so I trusted him . im getting the home fixed I just had a feeling. low and be hold it's leaking from the back of the tub so I don't know if the tech was in a hurry or just didn't investigate but there is a leak still . thank God I checked before they closed the walls . I will up date and add pics tomorrow with more light to see the leak, after reading through it seems like all the 1 star reviews are from one who submitted through home warranty pretty shady

I can’t say enough good things about Israel at Taz plumbing. When he came out to replace our water heater, I had a lot of questions about the process. Israel took time to answer all my questions about the replacement process, controls on water heater, and future care. This was my first time dealing with a water heater replacement, so his kindness and patience was so appreciated. I would highly recommend using Taz Plumbing, and extra bonus if Israel is assigned to the job!!

Called in service for an issue with shower. The tech, Luis, refused to listen to what I had to say about the problem. He never removed the drain cap, he never used any tools to look into the drain. He just ran the shower for 90 seconds and insisted that nothing was wrong. Don't use these guys.

Israel was great!! My home warranty sent Taz Plumbing here for my water heater issue. As usual, my warranty does not cover a new water heater unless it's leaking. I ended up paying out of pocket for a new heater and install, which it is what it is.
I got same day service; Israel was here in under 2 hours of my service call. After assessing situation, I agreed to heater, he went to get it, came back, and installed it. He is a very professional, and courteous man! I am very happy with the service from start to finish!

Our service technician, Israel, was prompt to arrive and worked throughout the day to complete the installation of our water heater. He left the area very clean. Found him to be very friendly and would highly recommend his service.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was assigned this company from AHS. They came out next day and said I need my water heater replaced. 8 days later I still had not heard back. I called several times and was told someone would return my call, but that never happened. When I reached out to AHS I was told that they still had not filed the claim for approval. After 10 days, still no water heater. I am repeatedly told someone will call back but they never do. One of the supervisors gave me their number and said call him for anything. Tried that and still no call back. Finally cancelled the whole thing, called a different company. Water heater will be replaced today. This company is not worth the time or frustration.

Spent 6 hours at my daughter’s house today for the installation of a water heater. Told it would be between 11:00 and 3:00. They came after 4:00 w/ no apology. This after 3 weeks since they originally were called. Came once to install but had the wrong unit after waiting 10 days for the order to come in.

Installed with no leak pan or alarm. The whole transaction was very disappointing! I would not use them again!

He was so nice and was able to fix my water heater quickly. I really appreciate that I was late to the appointment and he still waited on me despite the busy holiday season. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the hard work!

We contacted Taz for a shower issue. They provided a free estimate as promised online, and even though I paid for a service and later changed my mind before work began, they kindly understood and fully refunded me. I am very impressed with their professionalism and business integrity!!

TAZ Plumbing was the first to respond when I had a leak on a Friday morning. The technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed, fixed, and recommended next steps, which was to re-pipe my 1990 park model trailer. Timing was crucial, and within a week, a 2-man team showed up and completed the nasty job. They arrived on time, were clean and professional, executed the project in two days, and left everything in better condition than they found it. The price tag was the high end of the range but the job is complete, along with a 15-year warranty! I'd call them again!

Isreal did an amazing job helping us with our leak! Very sweet and efficient! We were told we had one problem when in reailty it was a different issue and Isreal did a great job in fixing it and explaining! If we have any future problems, we will be calling him! I extremely suggest this company!

Israel was professional and very fast with fixing my irrigation pipes. Someone had been out on Friday to fix the pipes and within 24 hours, it burst again. I asked Israel to put a metal pipe on instead of the plastic one and he did exactly what I asked! He even checked the water pressure because I was concerned that might have been the issue. 5 stars!!
