It is your company charging almost $500 for parts I looked up on line at $60. Your company, owner, or warranty company is very unethical.

I submitted a request through my home warranty company to have a blockage removed from my bathroom plumbing. I was assigned TAZ Plumbing. The technician came to my home and diagnosed the issue. I will add that the technician did not speak English very well and it was extremely difficult to understand what he was telling me. A week has passed and I have heard nothing from the company as to when they will be back to fix the problem. I cannot use my shower, toilet, or washing machine. I feel it is unacceptable for a company to take this long just to get an estimate to a warranty company, leaving a customer severely inconvenienced. This is extremely unprofessional and rude. If I was not at the mercy of my home warranty I would not use this company again.

Our service tech, Israel was excellent. Very professional and did a great job fixing our hot water heater. We had some issues with the front office not returning our calls and parts taking a while, so we were without hot water for over two weeks while we waited for the part to arrive, but the guy who actually did the work was great!

Israel did an amazing job fixing the holding tank of my toilet and when he was done it was like he wasn't even there he didn't leave behind any mess at all!

Israel was great! Showed up on a timely manner, conducted himself very professionally throughout the diagnostic and in the plumbing repair. Israel was very knowledgeable and shared any and all findings with me and addressed any concerns and questions that I had. The repair was completed and all is great. I highly recommend Israel with Taz Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Absolute frustrating experience!! My home warranty assigned TAZ Plumbing to fix a water heater issue at my home. The technician came out to look at and diagnose the problem with our water heater and stated that it was our gas valve causing the issue. We paid our service fee and did not receive a receipt in regards to that- and they informed us they would send over the report to our home warranty before moving forward. It has now been two weeks without hot water, multiple phone calls within those weeks and found out today, they still have not sent the initial diagnosis report to my home warranty company!! Horrible communication, inconsistent information, just an overall frustrating inconvenience for us. We have talked to our home warranty company and they have assigned us a new plumbing service. Do not use this company unless you want to deal with the same issues we have!!

I was extremely impressed with Israel work performance. Your technician kept me well informed on every step as worked progressed to remove and temporary relocate the water heater. Israel informed me that all connections were fastened tightly and inspected the work prior to leaving my home. I would highly recommend others to use TAZ Plumbing and to expect to receive great service from their knowledgeable plumbers. Please allow for Israel to return to my home, to install the water heater, once all other repairs are completed at my home. Thank you.

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. Better yet, I wish their incompetent, unprofessional and unempathetic team go through what they put their customers through. We are going on 2 weeks with no hot water 100% due to their ineptness - and it still isn't taken care of! No sense of urgency or concern. The absolute WORST VENDOR I have ever seen a warranty company go with. They should be dropped immediately.

Thoroughly disappointed. Re-piped our house. Have had to come back multiple times since. Didn’t hook up water softener during repipe. Now we have three more holes to patch in the wall. Poor customer service. Won’t return phone calls. Feels shady.
