Israel was very respectful and professional, he fixed everything we needed with care and precision. Awesome experience, would recommend for sure!

I had a leak under bathroom sink. The tail pipe had pulled away from the sink.
I have a home warranty plan so I called them to report the issue.
They stared a work order and assigned Taz plumbing. Plans were made for technician to come out. The technician came late in the day. He assessed the problem. He said I needed a new stopper.
I told him I would like the pop up assembly as I had those in the past. He left then came back with the part. He finished the job. He muttered “I would be called for payment “.
Days later I realized the sink was still leaking.
I struggled to contact my warranty company to get a recheck of the service because it was still leaking and now there was a new problem with the faucet, hot water side.
It was very tight & had not been like that before the first technician visit.
Taz plumbing was sent out again & I was told the pop up assembly just needed to be adjusted & He did that. No more leak. I told him about the hot water faucet being tight & he said it was the cartridge & I would need to have it replaced. Again it was working before they ever came.
The technician said he would need to find parts for the faucet I had.
This could take some time.
Taz plumbing sent me a text bill of $100. My service fee thru my home warranty plan was $90 for the first visit that I knew I was responsible for.
Taz plumbing did not follow protocol & give a diagnosis of the stopper problem. They just replaced the stopper, and I feel caused more damage by tightening the faucet to tight, & has now left me with an out of pocket expense. They claim I owe $460.00. I have an invoice for $335.00.
Not good company policy.

Israel from Taz Plumbing did an excellent job for us. He fixed a leak in our kitchen and replaced a shower cartridge, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The work was done right and explained clearly. What started as a pipe burst and my ceiling falling in and my warranty company sending Taz plumbing out to fix it turned into a another issue a week later to a complete flood in my house 2 days later to no fault of theirs! The owner not only responded personally but jumped into action to help me get my house repiped in 2 days! His crew is absolutely amazing the one I mostly dealt with Luis was so polite and understanding I can never thank them enough for getting my house back to proper condition and running water!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Israel from Taz Plumbing was outstanding, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He’s also bilingual, which made communication even smoother. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after calling for a second opinion through American Home Shield, I felt I needed to. Another competitor had tried to overcharge me for unnecessary work, but Israel quickly confirmed my home was already built to code and all that was needed was a simple PRV valve swap. No upselling, no nonsense, just honesty and quality service. Thank you, Israel, and Taz Plumbing, for doing the right thing!

I really scored when Anthony was recommended to me for his plumbing expertise! He has so far done four major projects. He installed a new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal and upgraded my irrigation systems (front and back yard). Today he is replacing the lav pop-up drain I and was able to find the oil rubbed bronze to match the other fixtures (he went to 4 different suppliers to locate this item). He does, without a doubt, the most quality plumbing work ever.

Anthony was awesome! We had a leaking kitchen sink as well as several other plumbing issues around our house. Anthony gave us several detailed free estimates and thoroughly explained everything that we needed to have done and what were the highest priority items. It turned out that our sink had a custom faucet on it before which made it more difficult to replace. Anthony went above and beyond to find us the correct faucet (for no extra charge!) and did all of the work we needed in a timely manner with everything guaranteed for 3 years. He was also incredibly polite and kind every time he was in our home. We will be using Anthony for any plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at a fair price.

Called ASG plumbing. Anthony is a very knowledgeable person for any plumbing job. Exceptional work. Worked on the shower and tub and removed the disposal. He is very efficient and explains what he is going to do before he starts the work. If you need a plumber I recommend you call ASG Plumbing.

I live in Oro Valley and needed a whole house water system installed. Anthony with A.S.G. Plumbing came on time, explained the system and steps involved to install the system. The price quoted remained the same- no surprises! We were so pleased with Anthony’s work he also installs everything sent by the company
so the warranty is not affected. I would highly recommend Anthony for this job and many more plumbing needs.

Anthony replaced some outdoor water fixtures for our home last summer and he did a great job, very clean work in which he takes a lot of well-deserved pride. Anthony did an amazing job on our church toilet! Communication was excellent, he responded back in a timely manner. Setting up an appointment with Anthony was also excellent! he is always checking in with you. He arrived promptly , explained the situation with my toilet very clearly! Once he was done he cleaned up and showed me what he had done. I was very pleased with his work and how professional he was.
