Wow, I’ve been impressed from start to finish. The initial interaction with the front office was excellent. They were friendly, prompt and worked hard to fit into my schedule. There was great follow up and communication heading into the appointment and the technicians that came out (Ethan and Ben) were kind, honest and very professional. Price was very reasonable as well.

I am a Real Estate Broker in rural area of Cochise County, during home inspection for a home sale it was discovered that sewer lines were old, failing and filled with tree roots. One local plumber was going to charge thousand and thousand of dollars to tear up yard, foundation and alley. I called Code Blue Plumbing they were quick to answer, quick to get a quote and quick to get the job scheduled as we were closing in two weeks.

The day of the job the two technicians that came out were Stockton and Diego. They called when on their way, showed up on time, got right to work. What might have been a two day job they were able to get done in just one day, their work was amazing, they removed tons of tree roots, installed sewer sleeve so they did not have to tear up foundation. By the time they finished the clean up was so good you didn't even know they were there, it was perfect.

Economy Plumbing has come out to my place several times over the past few years, because we've had a lot of plumbing issues.

This is the second time I've called Economy Plumbing. I love how they come (when they say they will), assess the issue, offer a solution and price... and then go get the part right away and take care of it immediately. My first experience was with a shower valve (the one inside the wall) that wouldn't adjust the temperature correctly. Most recently, my hot water tank was leaking. Great to get that fixed promptly. I highly recommend Economy Plumbing. BTW - on the shower valve issue... Economy plumbing's quote was 1/5th the quote from another company.

I am super satisfied with the experience I had with Economy Plumbing. I needed an outside faucet and shutoff valve replaced. Cassius and the young man with him did an excellent job. They were polite, professional, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend!

We chose Bryan and Economy Plumbing to do a total repipe of our 1958 house, as well as a new water line from the meter and water heater. Beginning with the walk through for the estimate, it was clear Bryan understood the house and me as an owner, he took the extra time to answer my questions and figure out some of the quirks of our site. Once the job was underway, Bryan’s site supervisor, Ryan, was wonderful to work with, kind, and communicative. Bryan was also present to make sure everything was going smoothly, and the entire crew worked tirelessly to ensure that the work was done in 2 days! This was especially amazing because there were a couple of unforeseen circumstances that were communicated immediately, as well as a proposed solution. Finally, Bryan provided a legitimate plasterer for wall repairs. Those with older homes know how valuable this is. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Economy Plumbing!!

The job was done in three days! They also gave me a reasonable quote, answered all of my questions about the process, and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work they did. Called Monday morning about water leak from street to house. Estimator came out early afternoon. Very professional. Received bid by email early the next morning. Five man, very friendly crew, came out in reasonable time period to replace line. No inconvenience whatsoever. Very satisfied.
