I visit them to buy 2" PVC sch 80. They took the opportunity to charge almost $6.00 the lineal foot. They argued the prices are triple due the pandemic. I am very disappointed of this sales tactics. I will recommend Harrington Plastics or Hajoca. Do you homework and don't buy anything from them until you double check prices with the competition.

Calling to obtain directions or instructions on a delivery is not a pleasant experience. These people here at Ferguson are nasty on the phone and act like you are bothering them whereas the folks at Canyon Pipe & Supply down the road are super helpful and very professional.

I was just some dude who needed help buying a hard to find plumbing part. Brandon helped me get what I needed and helped explain how it worked. I pleaded my ignorance in plumbing and was treated as if I was an important contractor.

I highly recommend this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Note to management: Give Brandon a raise and when a spot opens, a promotion. It's hard to find good employees and be able to retain them....believe me I know. Most young men these days could care less about customers, Brandon has made me think Ferguson's first for plumbing parts from now on.

Today I had a superb experience at Ferguson's on Medina.
They they had a difficult to find part readily available.
The sales representative, Raymundo, was very pleasant, had a good attitude, friendly and he gave me an excellent price on the parts.
Your experience will depend upon the representative.
But today I was very pleased with my visit there.

I needed some repairs to a recently purchased older home. Ethan from Code Blue was exceptional. Communicated all plans and problems and worked diligently to correct any issues. He was professional and cleaned up all work areas nicely. I will definitely use Code Blue again for future plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Code Blue Plumbing! I initially found them looking at their online reviews and comparing with other companies reviews. I needed them to look at an issue that another plumbing company said was a huge problem and would cost a ton of money to remedy. Ethan w Code Blue came out and ran a camera through the line and let me know that everything was normal and no repairs were needed. I later had Robert out to look at another separate issue related to water pressure and water temperature. Robert was here for a couple hours diagnosing things and resolved the issues. I asked how much I owed and he said “nothing - just let others know that we do good work”. Done! Very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the people at Code Blue Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

I contacted Code Blue on Monday morning about a leak inside the slump block brick of my house. Alex arrived about 12:30! The job was completed at about 5:00. He was knowledgable and professional. Answer all my many questions. Completely cleaned up worksite when done. I could not be happier with the work that was done and at what seems like a fair price.

I have other plumbing work to be done both inside and outside. Outside I have an estimate from them, which I will probably accept but do need to get one more, on replacement of the water line from the meter to the house. I will have them do some inside plumbing I have been wanting to get done. And, I will request Alex do the work.

In 2023 I needed.some plumbing work on leaky faucets. Since Alex no longer worked there, Mike did the work. Knowledgeable and competent. Got the job done well and taught me a lot.

Not only did they get my pipes working and draining properly, they were able to help me out with getting the cost somewhere I could handle and explained a lot about how the house is plumbed and what to do in case of other problems down the line. Honestly, I picked them because I heard other people say it was the best service they had received and I could not have been more satisfied to discover that they were not exaggerating.

Awesome service and their last-minute response to my plumbing issue was great. Ethan was fantastic to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and troubleshooted the problem. I will definitely use Code Blue in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Everyone at Code Blue is responsive and helpful. The office and the plumbers called before with ETA. Robert and Chris quickly identified the problem and advised me that it was a non-problem, easy fix.
I appreciated their pro-knowledge and their honesty. Somebody else might have taken advantage of the situation. Thanks Robert and Chris and Code Blue!
