I have used Southern AZ Plumbing multiple times over the last couple of years. They have completed sewer scopes, replaced sewer lines, and installed hot water heaters for me. They have completed everything on time, are competitively priced, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a serious leak at water turn off valve next to house. It was the original from the 1970’s, so with age and amount of calcification, the person who does most of my repairs didn’t want to touch it. Southern Arizona Plumbing sent a skilled plumber out the next day.

Rufus to the rescue! He was on time, exceedingly polite, and knew just what was needed to solve the problem. He replaced the old turn-off valve with a ridiculously expensive ball valve, and I expect the problem to be solved for many years. (The price of the ball valve was not his fault.) I would happily recommend him.

As a Realtor, I utilize the service a plumbers very frequently. When a home buyer asks, "where can I get an honest, reliable plumber?" ... I give them the number to SAP and tell them to request Aaron. He's the best! And Eileen is terrific to work with when scheduling Aaron, too - she never fails to get what I need - done on time. 5-STARS to both Aaron and Eileen.

I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved. One agency gave me a quote that seemed to be a bit of an insurance chasing quote - $1800 for the job. Luckily, Mario from Southern Arizona Plumbing was able to take a look at it, find the simplest way to fix it and do the job within four hours for $400. He was honest, thorough, respectful and ABSOLUTELY saved the day.

I had a leak where the main line comes into the house shutoff which had been replaced in October and a ball valve was installed. The leak appeared about 3 months after the install. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and the phone was immediately answered. What a joy. The young lady listened to my description of the problem and brought up my previous plumbing problem. She said I can have Jake come out today. This is great service.
Jake called before he arrived and asked me to describe the problem. He arrive shortly after and went right to work. He new exactly what to do and had the leak repaired very quickly. All the time I watched what he was doing and he showed me a few tricks of the trade as I am always wanting to know how to fix things. He was very accommodating and fun to talk with. Jake is the man you want. I highly recommend Jake and Southern Arizona Plumbing.

I have used Southern Arizona Plumbing, LLC for a couple of years now. They have completed countless sewer line inspections on behalf of clients as well as many repairs. The owner, Aaron, is Responsive, Kind, Knowledgeable , PROFESSIONAL and Respectful. His staff (from the office staff to the plumbers in the field) are AMAZING - they go out of their way to accommodate scheduling and repairs, they are willing to answer umpteen questions and they take their time to explain everything until the client is satisfied. I will continue to recommend them and their services to clients, friends, family, etc.

Late afternoon we discovered our outdoor faucet was leaking behind the wall. My husband called 10+ companies for assistance and Benjamin Franklin were the only company that would come out given the time. They were very prompt (and we live allllll the way in Corona De Tucson), the two gentlemen that worked on the issue (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names) were very polite and efficient. Mike is simply the best tech. He is incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain the "why" behind whatever issues are taking place. His soldering/sweating work on copper is pure art. I'm sure every plumber at Benjamin Franklin is great, but Mike is the guy I want working on my projects.

The customer service that was shown today was outstanding. Some businesses talk about customer service, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing showed it. It was a breath of fresh air.

The problem was just as described in estimate. Cold and hot water reversed as well bad techniques used by previous contractor. Again the two doing the work were friendly and happy. I love happy. I was shown everything done. It is nice that toilet water isn’t 100 degrees! Yup it was

Well I had gotten in over my head trying to help install a bathtub for my father not too long ago. I thought I knew what I was doing, but I am forever grateful for the wisdom, patience and timeliness of Mike Artunyan of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. To be able to show the precision that Mike did, while also having the patience to deal with a frustrated client (Me), says these guys definitely have the experience to get the job done correctly. I had a leak in the kitchen and the company called and sent Jeff over first thing in the AM - he was prompt and courteous and professional. Then I noticed the disposal didn't work so I called the company and they sent David within the hour. He was great as well!
