Kevin is exactly what you’re searching for if you’re looking for an honest and reputable plumber. He came out to fix a clean-out pipe that was filled with roots and causing sewage to back up. He was actually headed out of town when I called but he made time to come help us out before he left. That’s the kind of service you can’t get just anywhere. He gave us a very fair deal, I am willing to bet he beats the prices of most plumbers in town based on other quotes we received. Plus, if you’re going to have someone working on your home you want someone with knowledge and expertise - which Kevin definitely has! He explained everything he was doing to us and showed us the finished product on his camera. We will continue to use Tucson Plumbing and Drain for all our future plumbing needs!

Plumbing is always a sore subject and costly when replacing your old failed plumbing. Kevin was one of many who gave me a quote for my much needed repairs at my home. I chose his company because I felt he took much pride in his work and showed compassion for others.

Kevin was able to fit me in for my plumbing emergency next day (no charge) and I'm very grateful. He was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Just had my first consultation with Kevin at Tucson Plumbing and Drain. He was taking a vacation day today, but came to my house late in the afternoon anyway and I'm so grateful he did. A faucet has been giving me trouble, vibrating very hard every time the hot water was turned on to fill the bathtub, and it really had me worried. Kevin explained what he was pretty sure it was just the faucet valve and offered a couple of solutions to avoid tearing out the tile around the faucet to fix it. He offered to do some research to try to find valve replacement parts, and gave me a ballpark estimate for the work it would take. He also gave me some advice about a few other plumbing jobs, including replacing the water treatment system I have and what my options were. He was very honest and up front about pricing, told me which things needed to be done and which ones could wait, and which ones probably didn't actually need replacing at all. I highly recommend this small business. He went way out of his way to come by my house today, spent at least 30-40 minutes here, and didn't charge me a dime for all the great advice. One downside: he's very busy and is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Good sign, though, eh?

Kevin came out fast once he heard that I was ill. His concern was for my needs and comfort. I had used him before, when he worked for someone else, so I knew that he would come out, but even I was surprised at the level of caring I got along with his plumbing expertise. Kevin is "old school" in that he takes pride in a job well done, and provides the best appliances at good prices. Kevin worked on a project at my home to replace a septic tank drain pipe. He specifically did all the earthwork related to the pipe, and his work was thorough.
Throughout the project, Kevin worked diligently to ensure the replacement pipe was aligned, connected and properly sloped to ensure appropriate drainage. Kevin was so efficient and overall great. We called last night due to our drain and sewer not working , we weren’t sure what was wrong with it, he was on the line with me for about 10 minutes trying to help out, and offered to come out and take a look at it for us the following day. He was able to make it out around 8 am. We were able to get his services scheduled and done within 12 hours. Very pleased with the service I received. Kevin arrived with his plumber, Malik, on time and ready to start working. They were very pleasant and professional.
They addressed the issues I had, and took the time to educate me on my plumbing, and plumbing in general, so that I will be more informed in the future. They were respectful of my time and my home. My issue ended up not being plumbing related, but they did everything to rule out plumbing and properly diagnose my issue (washing machine). Our house is quite old, and the pipes under the bathroom + leading out to the main sewer line definitely reflect that. Kevin was very honest in his assessment and he and his team were very thorough in their work. Thankfully he was able to replace the old clay pipe leading to the sewer line that was cracked and blocked with weeds, as well as give us very helpful advice on how to care for the remaining pipes under our bathroom till such time as we are able to replace them. I had called around to other places and Tucson Plumbing and Drain did a camera scope inspection as well as outside pipe replacement (+ gentle cleaning of the fragile pipes that run under our house) for a fraction of the cost that other companies were quoting. As well as this, they took great care not to damage the large ocotillo that is growing very close to the work site, so hopefully we will be able to relocate it further away. When we are able to do so, we will definitely call Tucson Plumbing and Drain to work on replacing the old pipes under the house - very grateful to Kevin especially for his honesty and consideration of what was realistic for our financial situation, as well as his ability to explain how everything works in layperson's terms. Our house was having water heater issues initially, but after inspection we found out that the entire piping system was galvanized steel and incredibly damaged. Tucson Plumbing and Drain replaced our water heater, repiped our entire house, flushed and descaled our sewer line, and repaired and replaced the interior sinks and fittings. The work was done in just under a week, with constant communication throughout the whole process. They never talked down to us or offered things we didn't need. The plumbing work itself was great; neat cuts made to work inside our home for easy repair later, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Overall I was impressed with how transparent they were with the work as well as how quickly it was done. The owner did a great job and I will absolutely be calling them for future plumbing needs!

Our 78 y.o. home needed to have a 2-way sewage clean-out installed, and the fragile kitchen drainage pipes needed to be replaced.

Kevin took time to carefully determine what kind of work needed to be done, explained it to us in clear & direct terms, worked with us to charge a fee that he & we could all feel comfortable with, and then completed the work in a timely fashion.

It was a pleasure to have both Kevin and his associate, Fernando, on our property. Fernando was hard-working, warm, and friendly. In order to replace our kitchen drainage system it was necessary to knock a hole in a brick wall and dig a trench across our back yard. Kevin took care of bringing in subcontractors who charged reasonable fees to do this work.
