“Absolutely outstanding service from Bobby at Dinosaur Plumbing!
I called them in a panic after Oro Valley Water told me my main water line was broken on my side of the meter quoting me close to $7,000 to dig up and replace it. Bobby came out, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and quickly determined the break was actually on the utility’s side not mine.
He saved me thousands of dollars and a massive headache. Bobby was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the right thing. If you want a plumber who has integrity, knows what he’s doing and won’t try to upsell you on unnecessary work, Bobby at Dinosaur Plumbing is your guy. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Dinosaur plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our tankless water heater, and shower valves. They are my go to plumbing specialists. Honest and to the point. I’d effort the problem and fix it correctly without the hassle of high pressure upselling.

I called all around Tucson for a water heater issue I was having. Taz plumbing, signature and rite away. All had terrible customer service, did not show up, did not return, or were incompetent. As soon as I spoke with Bobby from Dinosaur plumbing I could tell I was in good hands. He was so polite, and professional. We set up a time right then and there for the next day and he showed up exa gly when he said he would. And wouldn't you know it with a big smile on hit face and a great attitude. He immediately identified the problem causing my high pressure relief value making a high pitched whistling sound. He contacted the manufacturer (ao smith, which they are a licensed and certified dealer of) got a replacement part, and fixed the incorrectly installed copper drain line (which taz plumbing installed that was causing the issue). I am happy to report it was all completed in a timely manner and the problem is now fixed! I would highly recommend to anyone to use this very professional company!

Needed my hose bib replaced in my front yard because the original’s gate valve broke off. Bobby showed up within an hour! He was very professional and courteous! Bobby even followed up with us a few weeks later to make sure we were happy with his work! Awesome job!

Bobby, with Dinosaur Plumbing, was incredible! Once I found there was an issue with my water heater, Dinosaur Plumbing reacted immediately. They scheduled me as soon as I was available, working around my schedule. When they came out to fix the water heater, they were kind and courteous. They got to work right away and kept me updated throughout their progress. And even though unforeseen issues came up (they always do with house projects) he was quick to address those issues so that he could continue he's work. Afterwards, he explained how everything would work and made sure I was comfortable with how everything would run before he left. We had a leak in our 2 year old Rheem tankless hot water heater last spring. Our neighbor suggested we call Bobbie he responded that day and was able to stop the leak and get us a part under warranty. All went well for 5-6 months until another leak popped up in a different spot. We reached back out to Bobbie since we were happy with his service before on the unit. He came out and went to bat for us to get a new unit because of the constant leaking problems with this now 3 year old unit. I was in the service business in HVAC for over 30 years and I can tell you that he was exceptional when it came to fighting for us. If I could give him 6 stars he would have it. He spent hours negotiating on our behalf. We now have a new water heater and the one and only plumber we will recommend here in Oro Valley. Great person and family ran business. I’ve used Foster Plumbing a couple times in the past year. Their work has been top notch. Staff members have been courteous, personable and knowledgeable in their trade. They have been informative and have explained their processes and equipment to my satisfaction. I would recommend Foster Plumbing for plumbing services.

I called Foster Plumbing on Sunday night during the 4th of July weekend hoping to get a visit on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I reached an answering service and explained my problem. Not ten minutes later I received a call from Danny Foster asking about my problem(leaking faucet and garbage disposal). He told me that he would have one of his workers out at my location
between 8-10 AM the following morning.. They arrived at 9;00 and completed the job by 10;30AM. They were extremely efficient and professional and I was super pleased by their response to my phone call. Foster Plumbing is on the top of my list for ANY future plumbing problems.

Foster Plumbing provided us with excellent service and fixed our problem right away. We were totally satisfied with their efforts and will call them again if other problems arise.

I recently had Foster Plumbing install a tankless hot water heater and they are true to their motto, the price was fair and they provided quality work. The gentlemen that installed the unit were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Foster Plumbing Company is hands down one of the best plumbing companies I have ever worked with. Recently, I had a main water line busting issue that needed to be fixed urgently. I reached out to Foster Plumbing Company, and the owner, Danny, had his employees out to my property in no time. Nick, one of Danny's employees, came up with a temporary water line solution that allowed me to have access to water while they worked on trenching and running a new main water line.

The professionalism and promptness of Danny and his team were exceptional. They were communicative throughout the entire process, providing regular updates on the progress of the job. Moreover, the quality of their work was impeccable, and they left my property cleaner than they found it.

Beside this water main issue. We have used Foster’s Plumbing before. They installed a continuous hot water system in our house as well no as a water softener outside.

We have not had any issues with any plumbing jobs they have done for us. Very very happy.

Had an emergency repair on a PVC fitting that feeds my irrigation. Foster plumbing was responsive and replaced the fitting in min time.
