When you read their website, you may think it sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. Great company and great people., My first call was for an "I'm not sure what's wrong" call but because it may have involved mold, Bobby brought along a mold expert who did an inspection at no extra charge. Everyone was pleasant and professional and "left no footprint".

They came out a few hours later and fixed it in a professional and clean manner. They even gave me some pointers to avoid future problems and services I might need in the future

Excellent plumbing work. My husband and I recently moved into a house with a maze of an irrigation system that was causing loss of water pressure throughout the house, and a leak in our yard. Bobby came over and assessed the system with a fellow contractor, and then started working immediately after quoting a fair price. He was efficient and left the work area clean. We liked his work so much, we're having him back to work on some leaking faucets in our laundry room.

I had a 9-1-1 leak underground and Bobby was on it in no time. Took very good care of all needs and was undoubtedly the most affordable I found. Professional, courteous and communicative on all fronts. Thank you Dinosaur Plumbing!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dinosaur Plumbing. If you need an honest, reliable, efficient plumber Bobby is it. Their team is always on time and professional, and super resourceful in challenging situations. Unfortunately I’ve had numerous reasons to have to call them out or refer their services. From a simple drain clean out (I say simple but holy cow you should have seen the gunk my renters clogged the tub with :-/) to a toilet replacement all the way up to a huge poly pipe replacement. With that massive job they helped deal with the insurance claim, find a remediation company when no one would call back, and even advised about other projects while he was there. One occasion I had to call them in the middle of the night as I thought my hot water heater was leaking and over the phone they were able to help me figure out it was the upstairs condo that had their overflow on my patio. So I didn’t need them, phew, and no trip charge even!! Hands down the best.

In a business world where "Customer Service" is a lost art, Dinosaur Plumbing is in the top percentile. Bobby was timely on his quote, professional, didn't over promise and is genuine in wanting to provide excellent customer service. They have earned my future business and I will refer others to them.

I will never use another company! I cannot say enough great things about Bobby and his crew! They came within a few hours of a last minute call, and wouldn’t leave until they figured out our tough problem! They wrote a helpful report for us, and they were pretty fun to hang out with too! :) pro military and law enforcement...hard to find these days, and much appreciated!!

Had to have 2 bathroom sinks and faucets replaced. Also was getting new countertops in the kitchen so had to have all old plumbing out the night before and all new in the next day after the new counters were in. Bobby and his crew handled it all and did a fantastic job. Special thanks to John and Don who were professional and very pleasant to have in my home.

I was going through a stressful and hectic 9-month remodel of my house and had to part ways with my contractor who made a mess of the bathrooms. Bobby came in and knew what to do right away. Everything in both bathrooms were fixed and in working order in less than 48 hours with quality products and service! I will definitely be using him again and have NO problems referring his service to others.

Friday am water main burst. PITA.

Called Dinosaur, tech on site in less than two hours. Repair planned out. Temporary line installed. Water back on by lunchtime.

Permanent repair, permits, inspection, trenching, landscaping all completed by the following Friday.

Great work, no drama. Recommended.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Bobby came out to my home because I had a master shower leak. He stayed for almost 2 hours using every tool in his toolbox to diagnose my problem. He went above and beyond and was extremely professional. It turned out to not be a plumbing issue and he had numerous referrals to help me with my situation. Bobby came to our home did way more than what we had thought he would have to do and the job took a little longer than he thought, and he didn't change the price. WOW absolutely crazy good customer service. Not only will I recommend Dinosaur Plumbing and Bobby to everyone I can he will be the only one I call going forward.

Cannot recommend Bobby enough! I had been fighting with my apartment to get my dishwasher fixed, they attempted three different times with no success. Bobby came in and knew exactly what was wrong instantly, gave me really sound advice and helped me finally get it fixed. Quick to respond, friendly and professional! 10/10!

Even though this company did repair our broken pipe and the workers were courteous, I will never use them again because they lack integrity. They charged $4800 to jackhammer a small hole in my slab. It took about 30 minutes. With the pipe repair the total was $6000. They also refused to repair the hole in the slab. Another plumber quoted $800 which included re-cementing the hole, but couldn't get to it for a few days. Dinosaur heard "insurance claim" and decided to prey on us in our time of need. If you would like your insurance to pay 6x the industry standard, you should go with them. The CEO can give himself a nice bonus.

Bobby was at our home at 9pm Friday night til nearly 11pm trying to fix a blockage. He was back Saturday with a camera to identify the issue near the street. Bobby was punctual, repsectful and very knowledgeable and ready to help.

Bobby and his tech Xavier are the best. Professional, friendly, polite, responsive, fast, competent. They know their stuff! I will definitely use Dinosaur Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.
