I don't know how they do it, but they find and hire the most courteous and professional people around. I recently had them come out to repair my toilet and every person who came to deal with this issue was polite and efficient, and my toilet works like it's supposed to now.

The service was great and very quick, just wish I could have got my flashlight and Sadie dog toy when I had my furnace installed and the pair of sunglasses from the sunny plumber when they came to fix the water heater

They have lived up to their warranties. I have been pleased with almost everyone they have sent out to the house to do warranty and maintenance work. The company has acted with integrity.

All I can say is they were great. Very polite. It was Mike Drutunyan and Alberto Rodriguez. They worked on my hot water tank I now have hot water. Very pleased .

Mike was very polite and unassuming. He answered all my questions clearly and completely. He was careful to make my options known. He did his job quickly and effectively.

Not a fan will never call again. We needed a main line repair quote. They wouldn't come out unless we payed a service fee which then would be taken off the cost of work. Found out they were more expensive than local companies. Just a hook you in model that I find disgusting. No other company has this model and for good reason.

Sam was the technician who came out on a Sunday, to accommodate my busy schedule. He was very thorough and explained the what and why's of what he was looking at. Thank you Sam for taking the time to do that.

We called several weeks ago to make an appointment for today, trying to get in as early as possible in the day...they said they'd be here between 9 and 1pm, not ideal but ok. The dispatcher called 5 times to keep delaying their arrival, finally showing up around 3pm just to say they couldn't do the job today and quote us over $1500 for something we had done in New Mexico for $200. We had also made the job clear when making the appointment but they showed up clueless. No thank you, move on if you value your time and money.

Mike was very helpful in explaining the advantages of the "Carbon Tank" installation, and how it would support our "Water Softner" system. And, Cody was so very helpful with all the installations of new shut off valves, and how the purchase of the Carbon Tank will offset the total cost of all the new shut off valves.

Sunny Plumber always come when they say they will arrive. They are polite, professional and answer all questions. No job is too small or too big. The plumbers are the best we have used.

Well, I paid for the annual maintenance service. The gentleman who sold it to me said they would flush the water heater, scope the trap so I could see if mesquite roots are in there, and you have to do it if you want the a/c annual plan. The Plummer showed up late and did NOTHING!!! He will not touch the water heater if its over 7 years old. Surprize! Oh a free estimate to replace a hose bib. Waste of my money and time!! I am very disappointed. I will NOT be purchasing the annual plan again.

I requested a video inspection of the line between home/septic (easy access) and was told there was a $49 charge. When the plumber showed up they wanted $385. Not good, bait/switch tactic. They did match $300 estimate from Cummins, but I cannot recommend their services.

Two different crews had a challenging two days . While installing a water softener system, two toilets and 10 under sink service lines, the main water line to the house ruptured.
Following one day of scheduling aggravation, all work was completed in a very competent manner. All is well!!!

Albert and Manny were efficient, honest and friendly. They got along well with my dogs. That is always a good sign. Here's a suggestion for your business- since lead is a big issue in the news it would be really awesome if your free water test included lead screening. Just saying.
