I have had my hot and cold water problem for 26 years and no one could fix it. So far the problem seems to be fixed as they said it was. If that changes I will come back and report. After 26 years I find it hard to believe. However, if I call Sunny again, I would definitely ask for Wes and Mike!

John was the guy that came out I'm from Sunny plumbers to work on my leak from the pipes he couldn't have been more polite pleasant and professional he was great!!😊 He did everything he could to try and make sure that my pipes wouldn't freeze and break again. however I am still worried that when I'm at work tomorrow . they're going to bust and the water's going to be gushing on my roof for 10 or more hours before I get home fingers crossed it dosent !!

Had this company come out for a quote to replace a shower valve . The wall and valve were exposed(remodel) making access very easy and simple . I provided the new valve ,this job should have taken an hour for a qualified plumber. The quote was over a thousand dollars ! outrageous ! I wrote him a check for $79. and sent him on his way with no work done very dissatisfied . This company gouges costumers .

I had some commercial work done about a month ago in my kitchen and wow was it ever sloppy work and extremely expensive. We were out of the country so I feel that they took extreme advantage of the owners not being there to monitor the situation and see what was going on.

Commercial sinks must have the model, serial number and NSF sticker present on the sink at all times, the guy that modified my sink cut off the tag and the sink is no longer in compliance which will require me to upgrade once again because of the Sunny Plumbers mistake. I was also told that my drainage system for a hand sink required a floor drain like the 3-compartment sink. when I get back from Europe the hand sink is piped into the floor drain that was installed for the 3-compartment sink. It is kind of a sick feeling to know that a hand sink cost as much as the following
--modification and welding of a 3-compartment sink
demo of the floor
new drainage piping
new piping for the 3-compartment sink
and cement to fix the demo job for the new drain sink and piping
all of the above cost roughly 3400 dollars

installing a small hand sink with two water lines to an existing drain that was in the floor for a 3-compartment sink cost 2900 dollars.

Please tell me how that is even possible!!!!!!!! This will be the last time I use Sunny Plumber for anything that involves my business or house.

I needed to have my water heater checked. The person from Sunny Plumbing came out and first he said, "This water heater is from 1989." I told him, "That is funny because the house was built in 2004." He then went on to say that it was no longer working. And I told him that there were times that I got hot water. And he stood there and argued with me, "That's impossible." "The relay switch is popped." He said it would cost me $1700 for a new water heater or I could have a relay power switch installed for $400, and that would give me a few more years on the water heater. He didn't have the part with him, so there was no way he could fix my water heater. My friend's husband came and looked at it a few days later, and said the thermostat was turned all the way down. And he checked the voltage and other things, and he said it was getting power to it without any problems. I told him that the guy who came out from Sunshine Plumbing told me that he turned everything off to the water heater, and there was no power at all to it. My friend's husband turned the thermostat up and I have had hot water ever since, without any problems. I am going to contact this business and ask for my money back.

This is now Goettl plumbing. They came out right away when everyone else was at least a day out.... However, they were much higher than what the cost should be (over $1,900 for a 50 gal standard gas water heater). I figured that would be the case when they couldn't provide any pricing over the phone, but it was more than I was willing to spend.

The rep that came out was polite and efficient.

Amazing! We had an incredibly difficult to diagnose problem but Elton knew exactly what was wrong with our older home's plumbing. These guys knew exactly where the vent lines and pipes were located without even using a camera and fixed our slow drain/stopped drain issues in one day. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future should we ever need a plumber again!

I had a 5 star plumber come to my residence where I live at. This man made me feel so uncomfortable with his decision and I didn't hire his services. I called the good people at Sunny and right away they made me feel comfortable, they took my info. A man name Dave called me. Dave over the phone went through step by step and trouble shooted my plumbing problem and he was very patient and courteous . He did more than the so called 5 star local plumber did over the phone, he made me feel like I've known him for awhile, now I could say he's not just a man but a friend.
You and your whole team ROCK'S Dave, integrity and honesty goes a long way with dealing with someone. I know I have now someone that I could depend on when it comes to any of my plumbing issues, Thank YOU!

We couldn't be happier with the service that we once again got from The Sunny Plumber. Sam was first out here to do the annual check-up and when he was asked about a leaky spout in the bathtub, he went out of his way to not only check it out and then managed to find a replacement for it. We had not been able to find a replacement but he got the same exact one. And he changed out the old spout with the new one and got the problem solved. Sam was personable, very professional and very efficient. We will be sure to always ask for him if needed in the future.

My garbage disposal started leaking last night. Pretty cut and dry and standard that it takes an hour to put one in barring unexpected issues. Called to get a quote. The lady said cant give one over the phone and she would have a dispatcher call me who could give me one. She then wanted my email to "send a quote". I declined giving my email. She then wanted my address I again declined, as I told her why would I give my address I haven't hired them yet. She then says a dispatcher will call me and give me one. The dispatcher calls me back and says it's $75 for a service call to get the quote. I said its a garbage disposal install that's all. He said he was still unable to give a ball park quote without the $75 charge. I get that some jobs you would need a technician to come out and look at the job, but not a garbage disposal, it's a very standard procedure and they could have at least given their hourly charge so a person could calculate on their own and ballpark figure.. They weren't interested in helping as much as getting as much info from me so they could send junk mail to my email and home address, and to get their their foot in the door to charge the $75 before trying to be helpful. I always thought that on those commercials the owner sounded genuine in wanting to run a goettl business, until he threw in the sunny plumber part. At that point I figured it was more business and less wanting to do the same as his dad. Calling the Sunny plumber proved it.

The gentlemen were courteous; they explained everything they were doing. They could have pressured me into purchasing a new toilet, but demonstrated the rest of the toilet was working fine and only needed the "guts" replaced. They showed me that it wasn't leaking and that it was functioning just right. I don't remember when this toilet was this quiet. Thank you for exceptional service.

6-19-2019 Tucson AZ. Installed a new water heater and water shutoff valve on my house. Prompt friendly service and wonderful work. Alberto Rodriguez did the work. He used good quality pipes and valves and the result is a work of art. I would call these folks again and recommend them to others. Excellent business.

As part of the Goettl annual plan my first plumbing inspection was completed today. Alfred represents his company well and was knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. He explained the entire process and was respectful of our home. I will request him on future needs!

Sam did a great job of cleaning up my yard and making it look like no work was done, he even finished insulation of the pipes.

Although, I am still not happy about having to pay for the conditioner to be moved only one year after it was installed and the fact that it was not working for the purpose that it was purchased, which was my new pool. I accept that it was necessary and I appreciate that I was given a good price.

Francesco showed up early into the 4hr window which was helpful. He was efficient draining the tank and replacing the anode rod and answered all my questions. However, after he left and I turned on the kitchen sink faucet and water quickly slowed a dribble. All other water within house flowed smoothly. Called SP again and Francesco returned within an hour from another job. Though he showed me how to disassemble the faucet filters for cleaning, the problem turned out to be stripped valve knobs under the sink that resulted in partially closed openings probably further clogged by sediment from the flushing. He replaced with new valves. Parts and labor were $250, which according to websites was a reasonable price. My impression is that Francesco is a knowledgeable, courteous, customer-oriented employee.

Excellent experience with a service call for our water heater. Scheduled after hours with no problems, confirmed appointment, called when tech was on the way, tech was polite and thorough and explained repair issues well, billing receipt minutes after completion. More than I expected!

Great service and a nice addition to my Goettl AC yearly service contract. The annual inspection of our hot water heater was good. They also found and replaced a problem component (thou at an additional charge) they said I get a discount as part of my service contract. However I feel this was still over priced (after researching it). However job was professional and neat. I however despite my "discount" because of my service contract with Goettl will only use Sunny plumber for the free annual hot water heater flush and will use my normal plumbing service for repairs after finding out how much I could have saved.

We had The Sunny Plumber come out to our house for an inspection as part of a service package we purchased with another company. They were friendly, arrived on-time, were knowledgable, and worked diligently to get the job done. They found and notified me of a leak, provided me with a decent price, and completed the job. I will use them again!

Sam and Mike did a fabulous job! Even put fresh insulation on the water pipe, which I was going to have to do before the leak happened - now they've saved me the time and energy! They left the area looking perfect - you'd never know any digging had been done (must have been Christmas elves)!! Am so happy with the job done, and the friendliness of Sam and Mike, and that they went out of their way to disrupt our lives as little as possible!!
