Had a broken water pipe and plumbzona came out 55 minutes after I made the call to them. They were able to fix it same day and I got my water back on!! Great service!! Would not use anyone else!! Thankyou Plumbzona!!!!

Not my first time using PlumbZona. Not my last(?) Jennifer took my call about a clogged kitchen sink and knew there was a service technician in my area. She checked with him and was able to confirm Phil would be able to come by the same day. Phil showed up, rooted the heck out of my sink drain 3 times, eventually cleared the stoppage, and was gone before you could say "Whoa, I forgot how bad drains smell!"

As I told Jennifer when providing my email for the invoice, "I love and hate calling y'all"

Love - because they provide great service and reasonable fees, Hate - because I only call them when something is broken.

I've had 2 other plumbers come to repair a leak in my crawlspace over a 2 1/2 year period. Plumb Zona arrived, took photos because I am too old to crawl under there, showed me the shoddy inappropriate repairs that were done, fixed it correctly, then took after photos to show me the correct repairs were made. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had Plumzona come out to repair a main waterline at my home, and I was really impressed. Phil and Alan were the technicians, and they tackled two separate spots in the line with precision and professionalism. They also installed a new shut-off valve, which adds peace of mind for future maintenance. The team was punctual, respectful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Plum Zona for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

We passed city inspection today on an entire house repipe. Thanks PlumbZona for making this whole nightmare a little bit easier to live through. They did an amazing HIGH QUALITY job. Not only did they repipe my entire house, but they even did a few upgrades for me like the recirculation line, insulated pipes, and ro line to the fridge. Great prices, but most importantly...good quality! I highly recommend them!

Twice now they were scheduled to show up and have not. The first time was for the estimate and after a phone call reminding them, they managed to get someone out later in the afternoon. Today when I called after their no-show, I was informed that they needed to check the schedule and I would be given a call back in a few minutes. No such call has come in. Thanks, but no thanks guys!

My experience with Arco Plumbing was excellent as usual. We have been with this company for a few years and they are very accommodating and professional. My husband says his new shower faucet turns itself on just by looking at it! Great job Larry, as usual.

Came in fast, diagnosed it and fixed in 5 min. I’m a biz owner and just having them come in quick and gone was awesome. Larry was great and personable. Love the confidence

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

If I could give no stars, that would be my selection. This company came out and bid on a gas line and water install in my home last week. I accepted their offer the same day as this work was time sensitive and they agreed they would come this Thursday and stay as long as necessary to get the work done. Upon confirming with them today (Tuesday) that they would be able to ensure the water heater meets what was in the provided architectural drawings and that they would complete it on Thursday as promised, the owner (Jim) had one of his employees (Ron) call me to tell me they don't want to do the job at all, and that it was "too much work." I think they should expect to have to do a little work for $3200, but maybe that is just me. They also can't seem to read or follow drawings, so I would not recommend them to do any permitted work. They were quite rude when they came out and lack any people skills at all both personally and on on the phone, but they were originally recommended to me and I figured if they could do the work at a decent price, I could put up with the fact that they were people you wouldn't want to be around other than to do a job for you. Do not use this company. As others have stated, they bid jobs they can't do, and they will basically bail on you randomly.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.

Jeff is a great problem solver. He was willing to work with us and followed up to make sure all was functioning as it should.
