After researching local options, I was relieved to find such a skilled professional to handle my sump pump installation. The process was smooth, and everything was explained thoroughly. Attention to detail was evident throughout the job, and it was completed in about 45 minutes. I feel confident and secure with the results.

Awesome place- I walked with a broken little plastic part that rendered my Moen kitchen faucet inoperative. The owner took one look and said “I got it” - as he disappeared to the back- a minute later he emerges with a Moen OEM repair kit- and only $15.
Saved the Day!!! -
Have a hard to find part and I was about to give up but was sent here by other plumbing suppliers. They have gone far beyond what I would expect from a business now days. Informal caring owner who is doing everything he can do to help. Need more places like this it will be the first place I go to from now on for any plumbing needs.

Knowledgeable and Helpful! Genuinely kind staff.
After spending most of my day wet, groggy, and half-immersed under my sink, I tried to track down parts for my kitchen sink at Home Depot and Lowe's -- to no avail. Thankfully, an employee referred me to Bonnets, Stems, and Accessories -- who recognized the part on sight and before I could finish my sentence. VERY helpful! Will be my first stop from now on. -
The owner to this store is very helpful and informative. I tried to get Home Depot to help me and they didnt even invite me over to take a look at what I was trying to do didnt want even a peak!! And as a woman trying to fix something on your own be it for whatever the reason is. I felt pretty defeated after talking to them. This Man at Bonnet and Stems asked me to bring everything I had and explained everything to me and even cleaned some of the parts for me for "NO CHARGE" Awsome place.

I was desperately looking for a tub drain replacement that would fit into our 1940’s tub. No online supply or big box store had what we needed. Multiple plumbing places where I live told me they’d never seen anything like our our old drain, and the only thing they can do is replace all the plumbing for the tub. I found this store online, called, described our problem and texted some pictures, and they were extremely helpful and shipped the bushing and drain that fit our tub. Problem solved for $32. Would shop here all the time if I lived in AZ.

A great little place – it’s smaller than most “major” plumbing supply stores and, of course, the big box home supply shops – but it’s miles better and the folks here have been able to recognize just about anything I send them a picture of right off the bat. I have several rentals properties around town ranging from 1940s through the 80s era and the plumbing in these can be a bit of an adventure and, to be clear, I am not an expert. Need a replacement stem? Just take it out, snap a picture, email it to them and I can just about promise you not only will they know what it is on sight, they’ll have it for you. I’ve even been talked out of buying one of those new stems and given a silicon ring for a buck and shown how to replace it instead – you just don’t get that kind of service at the big box shops. If you need something, stop in - it's worth it.

This shop should be called "Plumbing Magic" because you bring in your problem plumbing project and Bruce will solve it for you. Go directly here instead of stopping at the big boxes or hardware stores and you'll save time----and get knowledgeable help. I tell you this from firsthand experience.

I have been in Tucson for a long time. Still today as in years past if you need plumbing parts and cannot find them anywhere else, you go to Bonnets Stems& Accessories. The people are friendly and will do whatever it takes to help get the job done.
Highly recommend you stopping by if you need help with your plumbing. -
I Highly recommend this business. They were not able to get me the item I was looking for but the went the extra mile to do some research online and find out where I could get it and made sure it was a better price than the manufacturer website. Thank you! Will definitely use them in the future. #supportlocal

I went here for the first time today after calling several stores for the part and prices. The owner is very helpful. Great prices. He's not trying to rip you off- he actually tries to save you money and time. So refreshing and all too rare. Very friendly, both people working there. Thank you for great service. We will continue to go there and will recommend to others.

Avoid this place at all cost! They try and force you to wear a mask post covid-19. First off it’s my right to choose what I want to do and not let some parts salesman dictate what I should wear. I’m surprised they don’t ask for a covid vaccine card. Save yourself the hassle, shop on Amazon or go to Home Depot. I hope they go out of business with these far left ridiculous unmandated mandates! Today is 01/15/2024.

The expertise and help this shop offers is incredible. I've be struggling with a leaky Delta shower faucet for five years. They helped me to get the correct rebuild parts in this faucet. Thank you!

Always helpful. Great place to do business with. I have a house that still has the original plumbing from 1972. They are the only people in town that could identify my parts AND they are the only people in town that could replace them. Always greeted with a smile and eager to help. Thank you

Plumbing empowerment. The best place to go for plumbing parts. Don't waste your time at the big box stores. Go to Bonnets Stems & Accessories to find that fitting or replacement part. The most knowledgeable and helpful staff anywhere who know what you need. I first went there in the 80's when Jan was behind the counter. She passed on her encyclopedic knowledge to her son.

Kind, humble & knowledgeable staff!!!
They are very kind and helpful, we stopped by and where out and about it no time! The staff will help in anyway and will make sure you don’t spend more than you need to.
They were very knowledgeable with our faucet problem, and were able to provide feedback!
I’ll definitely be coming back :) -
This establishment is EXACTLY WHY we need brick and mortar small businesses here in Tucson! Expert advice for the asking. They helped me out of a serious jam, with parts nobody else in town had, or could even understand what I was asking for. And the Internet? Forget about that! I hate to kvetch, but don’t waste your time with the internet on these matters which need expert attention. Specifically, they knew exactly what I was asking for. They had a rebuild kit for $13.85 out-the-door!!!! So not only did I receive expert advice, they did not charge accordingly. And as I was about to the exit, the clerk said, “oh ya, there is a second set of o-rings for the brass and Teflon parts from the kit, should you need them in the future.”
So yes. 5 STARS -
They knew exactly what I was holding despite the fact that the part was almost seventy years old. They cleaned it and replaced some parts and wanted next to nothing for fixing it. I insisted on paying more and buying them lunch. My shower works again. This is a family run business that is an asset to our community. Treat them well and patronize the heck out of their business.

The date is 1/9/2024 post COVID. There are facts and data available for the public to read. Current employees are forcing customers to wear masks. I rarely would recommend people go to Amazon to steer away from small businesses like this but in this case... I don't take healthcare advice from a plumber customer service desk employee. I personally watched 4 customers walk out due to this. Hope the owner of this business wakes up.
Owner is extremely rude. ( Owner was not present during the conversation, I was not rude or condescending towards the employee requesting a mask. If the employee is wearing a mask for protection why should others be forced to wear a mask or be forced to stand outside in 36 degree weather, your protected by YOUR mask. I was still kind enough to DO businesses and stand outside in 36 degree weather. The shower stem I could have bought at Amazon or home Depot for 19.99, I paid 40.00 at this location.. if I would have known that owner was as rude as he was in the last 10 seconds of the transaction I would have been happy to make the drive to any of the large box stores. I would not recommend shopping with this small minded spiteful business owner.
