A staff person at a major hardware supply store recommended Bonnets Stems & Accessories for a hard-to-find part; they prefaced it with a story about the original owner, who had a gift for plumbing knowledge made legend. Her son continues the tradition, and his staff are clearly there because they're passionate about what they do.

They expertly cleaned and refitted my part in minutes when they could have ordered a replacement.

(If you want to know how they removed decades of calcification and lime deposits without using a single chemical, you'll have to go in and ask!)

I wish I'd gotten the name of the staff, but thank you, woman-in-awesome-glasses! will have to do.

If you want the best value, service and expertise in town, this is the place to go.

This is one of my favorite stores on the planet. I love these guys and their dedication to the narrow market they serve. They know about any stem or seat or plumbing part that you bring them and will order anything they don't have in stock. I just brought my 1930's era (Empire ?) stems in to them and they said "Wait a minute" and they brought out two new ones!! They had them in stock!! I love they old school customer service. They can even make some parts. Good prices as well. Tucson is so, so lucky to have them.

This place is amazing. Such helpful and expert staff. Cici repaired the sink stopper part I brought in, when I assumed I'd need a replacement. Free of charge! I absolutely recommend this business.

This store is a Tucson treasure. They have saved me hundreds of dollars, found me parts not available anywhere else, and guided me through a few challenging projects that I ended up doing successfully on my own, thanks largely to their help. Plus, they have referred me to some excellent plumbers for jobs I couldn't do myself. I hope they stay in business for many years to come!

Twice I had little problems with busted bits in my faucet(s), and both times they had inexpensive replacements (when the big box stores didn't even know those parts existed). Moreover, all the other independent plumbing shops I visited around town (3 of them) mentioned Bonnets & Stems when they got stumped.

The best in Tucson. Hands down. (Next time, I won't make the mistake of not going to them first.)

Awesome store that specializes in hard to find plumbing fixtures and parts. The staff there is family that has been in the plumbing retail industry for a number of years so not only are they knowledgeable but they're friendly helpful and all around just awesome people to deal with. If he doesn't have it he will go above and beyond to located and get it for you. So if you have something that sold or not a wide or regularly used or sold plumbing fixture or part more than likely they either have it or I can get it for you so I would definitely recommend to go here for any of your plumbing specialty needs. An employee from another hardware store recommended this place for some hard-to-find parts for my bathtub faucet. The owner of the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to get the exact parts I needed and have my faucet fixed the same day. This place is absolutely amazing. After hours of looking in the big box stores, I went here looking for a specific valve seat for my old showers. The lady that helped me took one look at a small, corroded piece that had been sitting in the pipe for 60 years and said, "Oh, American Standard, we have some of these." She snagged some out of the back and 5 minutes later I was on my way to fixing my water leak issues. My experience was quick and painless. My only regret is that I didn't give them the business I gave the big box stores in the past. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff here at this shop. Had a leaky hot water faucet on a very old shower. This place not only had the parts I needed ( home depot and lowes did not) they also ran me through the process of fixing it and gave me a business card with their number to call if I ran into a problem. Like a few other comments said this locally owned business needs more recognition for their outstanding service and willingness to help.

It's 2025 and they're afraid of people breathing inside of the store. I would drive an hour elsewhere if needed to avoid supporting their nonsense.

This is THE best, most helpful, most well-stocked plumbing parts store in town. Bless these folks!!! They will be solving your problem before you even finish explaining it to them, often providing extra tools and supplies for free that you will need to complete your job, and will readily walk you through every detailed step of whatever you're trying to fix. This is how a great business should operate. Several times I have driven back and forth across town to other stores trying to find a part, when I should have just gone here first--they had it in my hands in seconds. Now I go here first and if they don't have it, I know no one will!

Walked in to simply have a convo because it’s hard to have one about plumbing at places like Lowell’s and Home Depot. The owner is a fantastic storyteller who is knowledgeable and generous. I will go back. We need more businesses like this.

Best supply house for the obsolete and obtuse parts to locate. Great people, fantastic service, trustworthy and have amazing skills.

I had an under sink quick connect hose for a Moen faucet.... No one else in town carried it but another plumbing supply store recommended. You should try bonnets and stems.... They had exactly what I needed and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was directed here by Ace employee for something Ace doesn't carry. Quick service from very friendly and knowledgeable owners!
**This establishment does require that you wear a mask, it is a very confined store. I don't have an issue wearing one. If you fight wearing a mask, go elsewhere and don't bother these wonderful folks!!!

When we couldn't find the part we needed at our usual stops, another store recommended we come here to Bonnets Stems & Accessories. Couldn't be happier with that recommendation - they are experts and helped several other customers while hunting down the exact part that we needed. The owner was just wonderful. Couldn't recommend this place more, and look forward to our next excuse to come in!

This is such a great store, and the owner and his daughter are very helpful. My plumber recommended them when I needed a hard to find part. They were able to find it for me right away, and for a great price. They also offered to walk me through fixing a few things myself. They were a huge help!

I have used them for years, even when the mother was still running it. She was helpful and taught me a lot always had patience. The son is running it now with his daughter. I am not a plumber, but I have a few restaurants that I own so I try to do some things on my own. I can go in there with pictures with a part in my hand. They know exactly what it is and exactly how to replace it and if they don’t have a part, they can tell me exactly where to get it and Tucson highly recommend them. I was never disappointed if they don’t have it they will order for you. Very helpful.

This shop has an incredible selection of hard to find plumbing accessories and parts. If the don't have it they can make it! Very knowledgeable.

The owner is super knowledgeable and kind. He knew exactly what I needed based off of my reference photo. Great place!
