Places like this need to be cherished and treasured as they’re really hard to find. I walked in with a poor description of what I needed and the gentleman just quickly took a walk back and came out with exactly what I needed. And he didn’t stop there. He was very friendly and shared his knowledge and expertise and gave very helpful advice. This leak I’ve been dealing with for months and took several trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot and all it took was one visit to Bonnets and Stems and I don’t hear this drip in my tub that gets louder during the nights and keeps me up. This is a really friendly and knowledgeable staff and they’re passionate about what they do and helping people. I just wish I could fix my entire house out of this shop because this is service I won’t get anywhere else. You guys are wonderful!

These people where the only people that had the part to fix my shower diverter valve. I have a Lowes shower faucet that you cannot get parts for but these people where able to recognize exactly who makes them just by looking at the design. Also they explaind how to quickly do the repair.

If you're having a hard time finding that special faucet part or shower trim part come to the store. The owner is so helpful and so knowledgeable it'll blow you away. Being a contractor for 25 years I've always used this store and if he doesn't have it he can order it.

If you're looking for some old and weird plumbing supplies, you found the right place. Tatjana is a champion and knows her stuff! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with her customers. The dude before me was vague and used weird terms...she was very professional and helped him with ease. The service that I received was fantastic. So polite. Her father must be proud. Fantastic local business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with DIYers (like me) and trade professionals alike. There are times when you might have to wait while Bruce and Cici are assisting customers in front of you. It's worth the wait. You will get personal service and their full attention when it's your turn. Bruce helped me with great advice on extracting a bad shower control valve cartridge from a tiled shower. If I couldn't get the cartridge out, it would have involved rip and tear into the tiled wall to get the valve out. Worked like a charm. I'm grateful and appreciative of this place.

Saved me a lot of time and effort. Texted a picture of the part and responded that they had it. Cheaper than ordering it from Lowe’s/Home Depot. Also gave some great advice for how to replace the part.

Not only does their selection of parts surpass anywhere else (Lowe's and others frequently refer their customers here), but you will be also leaving the store equipped with expert knowledge, and all the tips & tricks that you need to make your project a success. Please, make yourself a favor and use their expertise when stuck on a project. We ought to support these family owned (in multiple generations, I may add) businesses that willingly offer an experience that will surpass what you find anywhere else. A true gem!

I've been coming to this shop for 16 years and I want to say the staff is super amazing! They were able to fix my obsolete stems for a Whirlpool tub that's no longer made. I can't be happy enough to say that I am very happy with this service I was provided with, and they deserve more than just five stars for providing plumbing parts that are obsolete and no longer available! Thank you! 🤩🛠️

My Hague whole house water system was in need of being serviced by a qualified person. I called Hague Water and was given two locations, one in Benson and the other in Sahuarita. I chose Lynx Plumbing in Sahuarita and I am so happy that I did. Daniel Lake, the owner of Lynx Plumbing, arrived the next day and immediately went to work fixing all problems with my whole house water supply, He made sure the all problems were fixed and functioning properly. Mr. Lake was very polite and made sure my wife and I were satisfied with his work. I will be calling Mr. Lake for all my plumbing problems in the future. Anyone needing dependable plumbing service in the future will not go wrong by choosing Lynx Plumbing.

Had a water system installed by Daniel and it seems to be an excellent water system but the customer service is horrible. To get ahold of Daniel is difficult and we have a had a few issues that needed to be fixed and I had to continuously contact him to come out. Our water system broke down 3 weeks ago and after a few days he had someone come fix it and then a week later again the same issue and he said someone would be right out to fix it and 2 weeks later I still cannot get ahold of anyone to fix our system. Meanwhile, now we have hard water running through our house again and have to find another company to fix the issue. Customer service is not good and it seems they do not have enough employees to meet the demands of their customers. Would not recommend them unless you know how to fix any and all issues of your system on your own.

Daniel was on time, knowledgeable, and took care of the plumbing issues we have in our older home. His pricing was fair. We will be calling him again for any plumbing we need in the future and highly recommend him to anyone.
