Rudy is so compassionate, the only person that every time there is a call, always asks: "How are you doing?" And actually cares, picks up on it if your having a rough day, and says "Are you sure?" If you say good, and your not. To interact with the owner of a business, that personally is rare. Having that person actually care, and help solve the problem is impeccable service, and frankly exactly what Tucson needs! Weather you have an emergency and are standing in 2 feet of water, or you are planning a renovation, this company is great! And of the 3 other people I have had the pleasure of working with at his company, they are all courteous, respectful, and prompt. Thank you for being a 5 star company!

Excellent job at finding my leak and staying long enough to be certain it was resolved! Last company did not wait to be sure it was resolved and I came home to a flooded garage. Project plumbing was efficient and thorough. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Came home to water everywhere in my garage, called project plumbing as I have no clue about anything plumbing related, I explained where I thought the water was coming from, Rudy came out found the leak , gave me a better estimate then any of the other companies I had called, he didn't gauge me in price being I'm clueless, and fixed what was needed, gave me additional information on what to look for and be cautious of. In the end fixing the valve instead of replacing my entire water heater is A+ ok with my checkbook and peace of mind! I'd recommend anyone in need of plumbing to them and will use them in future if need be.

Specific parts of my discontinued shower unit from hell needed fixed. The property management company I rent from was planning to send some question mark plumber my way until I strongly suggested project plumbing. From past experiences, they have always been on time, professional and knowledgeable. As it turned out, it was the right move. The job required finding and ordering parts from across the sees with lengthy ETAs. Rudy came up with a plan 'B' in case the parts didn't come in as planned, and took the time to weigh and explain the pros and cons of my choices. In the end it was worth the wait and they did an incredible job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing issues. A+ job

Rudy did a great job! I had an emergency during a family gathering, it was during the evening and after regular hours. He understood I really needed his help. He came over shortly and fixed the issue. Really great guy and I will not hesitate to call him again.

Today I had a plumbing issue at my personal residence and now I can speak from personal experience that Rudy at Project Plumbing was responsive on a SATURDAY and came out right away to fix the issue. Might not even be licensed. Super rude. Hung up on me when I told him he hadn't fixed the problem.

Apparently he's had oral surgery, which he said hurt. Well I've had 3 broken ribs that took months of bed rest to recover from, and that experience was better than dealing with this gentleman.

Came to fix a small angle stop leak, breaks toilet. Handyman for sure. Now we know why he went with an LLC when incorporating. Can't take personal responsibility. Might have to go bankrupt and change your company name. LLCs are great for responsibility shields, right?

Turned a small drip into a cracked tank due to trying to work too fast. Speedy Gonzales. Put an escutcheon plate on, broke the tank by leaning down on it. Check the greasy fingerprints on the lid.

I’m a GC and I have used project plumbing on a number of different jobs and I can fully recommend Rudy and his team for anything from drain cleaning, to camera scopes an even new construction. We recently added a new bathroom on a job and they did great

We had a simple bathtub faucet repair that needed done, but I did not have the right tools to make the repair. Our master bath the water would not get hot, and in our main bath the shower got hot, but it wouldn't give you that extra bit of heat if you wanted to sooth some sore muscles.
I called Rudy from Project Plumbing, left him a message and got a call back with in a few hours. Ours was not an emergency so we were pretty flexible and able to accommodate his schedule. It took about 10 days, but again, it was not an emergency, and Rudy was very good at communication. When Rudy and AJ(?) did get here, he had the job done in 2-3 hours and that included running out to get parts.
Now we have a working faucet in our master bath and he adjusted the faucet in our main bath to allow that extra heat. We also had some questions about our hot water heater and he was able to give us a ballpark estimate on replacing it, and what it would cost to convert to a tank-less system.
I will definitely use Project Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
