Doesn't show up on the time and day they scheduled. Then they want to reschedule at a later date without giving any estimated time. Poor service with 0 delivery. Then say good luck with your issue I won't do it.
Rude on the phone when they fail to deliver on appointments they set themselves. Avoid this company and go with one that is actually professional and won't give you the run around and act like it's your fault they aren't coming at the time and date they scheduled for you.

So Rude. My management company set me up with them. They did not give me a call to schedule an appointment in 24 hour of requested service so I called them. I scheduled an appointment for 2 days out and they no showed. When I called them after that asking for an appointment the next day he said to call tomorrow when I’m free. I asked if I could make the appointment right now since I knew my availability for the next day. He said no and when I asked why he said, “because this is a plumbing service not pizza delivery.” Proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t do the job and hung up. In what world can you not schedule a plumber ahead of time? You would get better customer service elsewhere, call someone else.

*Edit: He contacted my management company to try to get me to take this down. He isn’t going to try to apologize to someone who he deeply disrespected. Didn’t apologize for the miscommunication, disrespect me, then try to get someone else to solve the problem. Take accountability for how you treated me, my freedom of speech, and accept the free market where I can leave a review.

Rudy and his crew did excellent work at my home. He repiped about 80-90% of the galvanized steel and replaced with aqua pex, installed a rheem tankless water heater, reconfigured our laudry room pipes to relocated our washer and dryer and laundry sink. It was a lot work. Rudy's prices are fair and he is the consumate professional.

I used Rudy for a water heater install and a bathroom remodel. He did great work and was so nice. Thank you Rudy! I will use project Plumbing for any plumbing needs in my future.

I cannot tell you how amazing Rudy was! This Saturday our rental sprung a leak and our property manager sent him over. He was so kind, he explained everything and he was very contentious about cleaning e everything up! He even helped us with our disposal!!! We made sure to keep his card so we can use him again once we get our own house!
