Specialty stores don't always get a lot of love in the "big box" store era, but A&S deserves special mention. When everyone else in town (Lowe's, Home Depot) was stumped, they not only recognized the parts I needed but had multiple in stock. Great store and worth the drive! If you want professional help, give them a call.

Be generous and call me a neophyte. My experience with them was very informative.
Answering all my questions and nobody looking down their nose. Rare quality these days. It was only a small item I needed this time but I will be looking forward to next time.

Tyson was great to work with and shared the options between fixing and replacing our existing toilets. We chose to replace both and, even with shopping and finding them, he was able to pick them both up and replace them the same day. Both old toilets were removed and the new ones were installed completely without any issues. We would have him back any time for any other projects.

I had my water heater stop working last year. So I had been with out of a heater for 4 months. I contacted them and they set a price for the work. They had to rebuild the area where the heater sat. 4 hours and a new water heater. I could never say enough or sing their praises enough. We'll use them for all of my needs for plumbing future.
