Had a problem with my garbage disposal. I texted Joe and he texted back within minutes. Came exactly when he said he would. He took a look at it and fixed it within 3 minutes. Extremely nice and knowledgeable, and gave me some good suggestions should problems arise in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing problems!

They were able to tell me what kind of toilet to by and he was at our house before 10 am and done before 11. So happy to have found a new plumber that I will call anytime I need plumbing services. Joe was prompt on his arrival time and got right after the water leak in our wall. He and his assistant David worked so well as a team getting the access needed and line repaired. Drip....drip....drip. Nothing much worse than the auditory torture of a disobedient shower head! Joe and his colleague came to the rescue. They took it apart, figured out the cause, got the necessary part, and before long, my shower became an obedient, well-performing spray of water ... NOT dripping once I twisted the faucet, ordering it to stop. Not only is Joe a competent plumber, but he's a delightful person, friendly and helpful. He even threw in a few tips about a stinky bathroom sink and how I might take care of that. I highly recommend Joe's Platinum Plumbing – and his business name is right on target since platinum is better than gold!

Not only does Joe do a great job, he is friendly and stands behind his work. We have a damaged pipe and he made multiple visits to help us manage the problem until it can be repaired.
