Benjamin Supply has a large selection of plumbing related products including a large selection of sinks. When you go into the store, stop at the reception desk and sign in so you will get someone to help you; otherwise, it's likely no one will ask you if you need help. I have worked with Vicki and with Christine and both were quite helpful. Service in general was very good including the guys who loaded our order at the loading dock.
I purchased a Schock solido model composite granite sink and really like it (used it 2 weeks so far). The undermount style is so easy to clean and gives a modern uncluttered look. I took my countertop sample in and matched the color (copper) and it looks very nice in my kitchen. The sink has a smaller left bowl that is not as deep as the large right sink. It is a practical configuration and easy to use. As to care, no problems yet, but Benjamin Supply has some products you can buy.
The Delta Addison pull down faucet works as it should and is easy to use.
The Toto highrise toilet operates quite well.
I did compare prices before buying and comparing apples to apples, it was about the same or just a little higher, but you get service and a product that is a manufacturers best quality. If you want to buy from a local company, check it out.

Working with Vickey we were able to find the right mixing valves and trim plates for our bathroom remodel and she helped us stay right in our budget. Benjamin's has a beautiful showroom with something for everyone's tastes and style.

Terrible experience right from the start. You walked in and get told by appt only. We drove an hour to get here. The receptionist wouldn’t even go ask for an exception. Told me “you could have called and scheduled 20 mins ago”. No where on their site does it say by appt only! And who would think to schedule an appt to a plumbing store!

Never will I do business or send my clients here.

Funny, after reading the one review already here, I have to "second that motion." I went to the parts counter and was not only sold the wrong parts but the "clerk" was rude, non-communicative, un-helpful, and generally a jerk. This place appears to be on the way out considering their idea of "service to the public."

Want your house to look just like the neighbor's houses up and down your street, do your shopping at a big box store. But if you want the best in design and quality, there is no better place than Benjamin's.

Having a problem with that vanilla flavored faucet you bought at the big box, they will be very happy to sell you a replacement faucet....because they have very few repair parts. On the other hand, Benjamin plumbing's parts counter is the place the tradesmen go to get their parts. Check out all the different service trucks in their parking lot.

I Always get exactly what I am looking for, and the price was a lot less than I had expected, Thank you Lisa! . I love just going in and getting lost in this place. If they don't have it, I'm sure they won't mind ordering it for you and I'll bet they would probably ship it out to you to save you a trip.

I waked in as a DIY plumber into to the parts/supply area. I gave Raul a good idea of what I needed to replace my water main. He was beyond helpful and professional. He went out of his way, walked me through my supplies, and made sure I had what I needed. Cashier personnel tended to me quickly and Juan in loading continued the superb customer service. Thank you to Raul, Juan, and all employees I had interaction with at Benjamin's. Highly recommend any and all plumbing business to Benjamin's.

Old School Service! I was looking for parts for a "pipe dream" project (pun intended) and the counterman spent lots of time with me in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. This doesn't happen by accident. Management has done their job. What a beautiful facility!

Want the best experiences of our entire remodel. Lisa was so helpful patient and willing to walk me through every step of what we needed. As the 1st time remodeler I would say start here if you doing anything in your bathroom

I am currently doing a bathroom renovation and needed to see if they have any tubs in stock. I asked the receptionist if they had any tubs in stock. However before I can finish my sentence I was asked if I had an apppointment. I replied "no I did not" she then proceeded to tell me unless I have an appointment I will not be helped. I asked if I was able to walk around the showroom but was told that unless I have an appointment I cannot see the showroom either. I understand during this time limiting the amount of people within a business establishment however when the showroom is completely empty why is a customer unable to view the showroom? Nowhere on the main website does it state you must have an appointment.

Very impressed with the variety of options they offer.. really upscale compared to Home Depot or Lowe's.. of course the prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for.. all the staff are really friendly but Ernie Guthrie went up and above for me and his knowledge of product is exceptional.. I will return

I would not recommend this place. Their help is really, really awful and rude, their prices are over the top (expensive). They carry almost nothing in stock. They used to be good, but not so much anymore. I was even told by the Parts Department guy that I would have to wait for several unseen customs before it was my turn. Hey, I was just standing there waiting for my turn. What a maleducado that Parts guy was. We left and felt much better for it.

I went in and browsed for awhile without anyone acknowledging my presence. After 30 min or so I asked for assistance and was blown away by the lack of desire to help me. It's such a shame that such a well stocked displaying showroom has such poor service. I will not return and recommend you save yourself the time and frustration of visiting this place. I'm sure I will find someone eager to sell me there product!

I went shopping for a bathroom sink faucet , an employee took my name and in less than 5 minutes I was attended by Alana Silva a very knowledgeable salesperson, she took the time to show me various options without any rush.
I've done other purchases before at Benjamin's in the past but today was a superb experience for me.
