We live in a 1950s ranch house that has been having root intrusion issues in the main drain line for several years. After multiple times snaking the drain and hydrojetting it, the problem never resolved and continued to worsen. As we didn't want to trench to re-pipe the problem areas, we decided to look into CIPP. After talking with multiple companies in Tucson that do CIPP and pipe lining, we were most impressed with Nu Flow Tucson's product and crew.

Peter Fabiano came out and did the most honest and thorough inspection that we received. Upon hiring Nu Flow Tucson for the job, Peter was there every step of the way, ensuring any concerns were met and that the job went as smoothly as possible.

The team on this job was fantastic, lead by Edgar and his two capable assistants. They ensured that we were kept flowing as much as possible throughout the job and that any damage from instillation was minimal.

It has been 2 weeks since the job was completed and we have had no issues and the new pipe lining looks great. The before and after is staggering, and hopefully this product will be strong and in place for decades to come, which it is rated to be.

If you have the misfortune of having decades-old pipes with issues, Nu Flow Tucson is the most experienced and talented option.

Brent at NuFlow is a great guy to work with. Very professional. I had them do a whole house pipe repair which was quite involved. My pipes were in very bad shape. It was a 4 day job.
The Nuflow crew that came in to do the work were friendly, courteous; answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pipes relined.

We called with repeated toilet clogging issues at our business, suspecting bad pipes. Alex came within the hour and put a camera down the lines. He found the pipes to be in good condition and even came back the next day to check a couple of things that could help us isolate the problem. Super impressed with his honesty and integrity because he didn’t charge us for a service we didn’t need. He recommended another
company who could deal with our specific
problem and even called them to tell them everything he found. Don’t often find this level of customer service these days.

NuFlow recently completed a sewer line repair in my home to remedy a root intrusion. Brad was my main POC, and the repair work was completed by Gabriel, Miguel, and Nick. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - Brad was attentive and caring throughout the whole process, and the work crew was professional, timely, polite, clean, and did a great job. Despite a couple of pivots and change proposals that had to be made during the process as the team got further into the job and discovered issues, I felt confident in their assessments and recommendations, and they ultimately completed the repair well. I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Nu-Flow to have all of the pipes in my house relined. Alex initially came to our house to provide an assessment, and he was not pushy at all, but instead took the time to walk through videos of all the pipes in our house and explain what we were looking at before explaining the company’s solution and product. Once we decided to move forward the process was smooth- from Maria who helped schedule to Carlos the foreman who was a great communicator as well, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was.

The team at Nu-Flow were professional, courteous, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were careful and thorough in their work, and they made sure to keep the job site clean and organized at all times. The pipes were relined in a timely and efficient manner, and I am confident that this will be a long-lasting solution.

I'd like to recognize Joshua, my NuFlow representative. Earlier in the year, my husband splurged by removing our tub and installing a nice shower. A couple of days later, the shower clogged. We did all the usual removal methods, progressing aggressively until we reached the nerve racking, gut wrenching moment of " Oh😳crap! What was that sound?!?" My house was built in the early 60's and it seems the plumbing was somehow oddly there long before that 🤔. My pipes are made of cast iron and rusty crumbles. We had a plumber come and charge us $600 to insert a camera then argue with my husband. We had 2 other plumbers come out after and suggest excavation. My husband lost his mind. We went a month without a shower after that. Literally visited family daily to shower because my husband was so spooked by the thought of ripping out the new tiles. So, here's where I applaud Joshua. He showed up pleasant and prompt. He listened to our plight, without judgment. He then excitedly chattered about the NuFlow process while jogging all about to run the camera and the sonar wand type sorcery. He described the roots he encountered. Showed us the inner depths of the ancient metal tunnels winding around.It was all very fascinating. He really seems to enjoy his work. More important, we can tell he enjoys his company and stands by his service. He was through, detailed and patient. He likes his trade. At no point did he sound like a used car salesman.
( no offense ) In fact, it seemed less like a sales pitch and more like a guy sharing his hobby. Very easy going guy, good head on his shoulders, honest. He'll make you very comfortable, offer useful information, no pushy attitude. 100% recommend. We recently had some severe backups in our pipes. We had a plumber come out who could not fully unclog it . They scoped the line and recommended replacing the line. The cost was around 21k and they would NOT be putting back drywall, tile or carpet. Another plumber came out. He was able to fully unclog the line and recommended NuFlow. We gave them a call. Peter and his crew scoped the line and felt like they could successfully line it. Everyone from Peter to our Crew - Gabriel , Miguel, Nick and Chris were the best !! They always called right before they showed up. Which was important as we have a big dog. They explained what was going to happen for the day. They happily answered any questions we had . They always left the area tidy and made sure we knew they were done for the day and the approximate time they would be back the next day. Chris did a great job replacing the drywall and concrete that had to be removed. Great experience ( considering the situation) !! The cost in the end was about as much as line replacement , but Nuflow did not have to dig up the entire line , they replaced the drywall and were very careful about the carpet and we were able to fold it back into place . ( planning on replacing it soon :) ) .. Thanks for a job well done. Hopefully we do not have to utilize your 20 year warranty anytime soon !!

I had to have a lot of frustrating work done on my home. So long story short I live in an old home and the pipes were falling apart, and at first I was told by a plumber that they would have to dig a trench through my house to repair and replace the pipes. And realistically that was not an option for me. So my realtor put me in contact with Nuflow so I could take advantage of their free video options to get a better look at the pipes and an estimate. Plus they do the trench-less repair . My point of contact was Brad, and he was amazing. Even in delivering bad news- because when I say we hit a zillion roadblocks before this job was done, there was a lot of bad news and changes of plans. But each Crew that came out was great! They were all nice and worked so fast. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. 😊 Brad treated me like a person and really made sure I understood everything before making decisions. I 10/10 recommend.

We have an older house with cast iron sewer lines. The line for kitchen disintegrated. We knew it was only a matter of time before more lines would fail. We had three separate companies provide estimates. From routing all the lines outside the foundation, to cutting thru the foundation within the house to replace all the lines. One company referred Nu Flow as they didn't do inner liners. I called Nu Flow and started the review with Alex. His sound information and details was the selling point. The Nu Flow team showed up on site and provided details of what was to take place. This team of three were awesome. They briefed us when they arrived each day and when they left. They cleaned up daily and were the most professional team we have worked with. We cannot say enough for their professionalism and work ethic. If you are skeptical, go to a home show, they are there and will show you their product. They are not a company that tries to master multiple fields. They do one thing and they do it the Best! You will not be disappointed. They care.

Had a great experience with Brad and crew! We had an old clay sewer line with lots of old steps and junctions. It was cracked and had holes I’m it. The team lined the pipe quickly and did zero damage to our yard. Customer service was exceptional throughout, from the bidding/ inspection process (cost nothing) through to post-work review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NuFlow to anyone who needed liner work done. 10 stars!

Nu Flow did an excellent job sleeving my sewer lines. The initial presentation was thorough and professional. The sales person did a great presentation. The workers were polite and work was done in the expected time frame. Using this method was more cost effective and it also was way more convenient than other methods.
