On the recommendation of a friend, I called Maynard to run a new water line from my house to the meter, and install a whole house water treatment system. Maynard's quote was ONE THIRD of what Cummings had quoted me! Maynard and his team (Sonny and Mitchell) came on 4-25-23 and completed the project IN ONE DAY!! This included burying the water pipe 18 inches and going underneath my substantial wall!! I have NEVER been more impressed with a plumber - craftsman - Maynard has years of experience and it shows!!

I would recommend Cool Running Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Maynard is a super, professional businessman that I had install a water heater. Excellent workmanship and the nicest man you are ever going to meet.

This company really did a great job repairing our slab leak. They were hired through our home warranty and I initially thought (like many of the reviews) that they were not treating our issue like an emergency. A lot of that confusion stems from not understanding how our home warranty works. The warranty will not just pay for a plumber to do a repair as soon as they arrive. If you want to pay a huge amount out of pocket, you could probably have a plumbing issue repaired immediately, but home warranties have to get a diagnosis and approve a plan of action. And i personally know from experience that I have sat on the phone on hold for an hour just to talk to a person from my home warranty company. Once I learned this I understood these guys really wanted to help us, and they did. We were out of water for a week but we made do and Anytime rearranged schedules and moved jobs around to get us on their schedule to fix the problem. I really appreciate them!

I had a great experience with Anytime Home Service. Gary and Tanner came out to install two new toilets and did an outstanding job. They were fast, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the installation was excellent, and everything was done right the first time.

What really stood out was how well they explained everything—they took the time to walk me through the work and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left.

Highly recommend Anytime Home Service, and big thanks to Gary and Tanner for the great work. I would definitely use them again.

Very disappointed. I felt like the technician was looking for reasons to pass on me on to another company. I find it strange that their excuse was that they can't go on roofs, which seems odd for a plumbing company - he left me with the advice of just turn off my water indefinitely until I could find someone else to come out.

I would not use Anytime Home Services again. The lack of urgency and poor handling of our issue made an already stressful situation worse.

We filed a claim on March 9, but by the time their technician showed up on March 12, it was clear the problem had not been properly addressed. Another company had to step in the same day and immediately identified more serious damage—something that should have been caught earlier.

Because of their delay and lack of proper action, the situation escalated and required a homeowner’s insurance claim. This could have been avoided with better service and attention to detail.

Very disappointing experience.
