We had a serious gas leak at our home in Tucson, and our gas was shut off for safety. After our first attempt with another plumbing company didn’t work out—they couldn’t find the leak and still charged us—we needed real help, fast. Some friends recommended this plumbing team, and Everett came right out. He worked hard to track down the leak and explained every step, including how to get an inspection set up with the County. Everett was very professional, and the price was fair—definitely not overpriced. From now on, this is the only plumbing company I’ll call for any job.

Leo showed up right on time, quickly found the issue, and explained everything in simple terms, including tips on how to avoid future plumbing problems. When we had another drain clog in the shower, Everett came out right away and fixed it in just a few minutes. Recently, my old water heater stopped working in my older home, so I went out and bought a replacement. I also arranged for installation and removal of the old heater through the store, which set up a local plumbing company to handle the job. Not long after, I got a call from the plumbing team to schedule a time for a technician to come by and take a look at what would be needed for the new water heater installation. Leo, the tech, arrived the next morning right on time. He was very professional, friendly, and quickly figured out everything that was needed to get the new water heater in place. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to schedule the installation for later that same day. I was given a time window in the afternoon, and then got a call letting me know when the plumbers were on their way. Everett and another plumber showed up right on time and got started immediately. They finished installing the new water heater in less than an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Both of them were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. From start to finish, I was really impressed with the level of service I received from this plumbing company. If I ever need plumbing help again, I’ll definitely call them.

Everett from the plumbing team did an excellent job! He showed up at my place in Tucson just a few hours after I called. His reliability and honesty really stood out. Even though I couldn’t be home while he was working, Everett handled everything smoothly and made sure to drain all the water that had built up in my basement. He kept in touch and gave me updates during the whole job, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

My hot tub developed a leak and I was able to track the source to a small broken plastic part. After extensive research, the part appeared to be proprietary from the manufacturer and not available from the hot tub dealer. I went into Van Marcke Plumbing Supply (825 Grant Road in Tucson) and was assisted by Travis. Travis immediately recognized that the part was probably exclusive to the spa manufacturer. His plumbing knowledge and expertise was apparent. He suggested a part that ultimately worked perfectly. What would have been a costly repair ($200-ish) turned out to be a $10 part. For all your plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and go to Van Marcke Plumbing Supply.
