Plumbing reviews in Tucson, Arizona

Est time of service was 7am to 12pm . It is now 6:19 pm and not so much as a call to advise they are running late, there is an issue etc... DO NOT USE THEM!! I have wasted a whole day waiting for them to show up and nothing. Don't even try to contact the office either all you will get is a voicemail. I've called so many times through out the day I memorized the number.

Sam was fantastic, he is detail oriented, courteous and prompt. Plumbing leaks are a stressful ordeal and it was a blessing to have someone like Sam repairing and explaining the process.
-
Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I'm sure we all know from experience that honesty is rare and treasured in the trades. Had them come for a dryer warranty and I know I'll be using them in the future for any services they specialize in. Top notch.

I did not hire this company but someone in my neighborhood had a visit from them. While I was waiting for my son's bus a service van came to a stop but while the bus was stopped he started honking and making hand gestures about the bus moving along. This is the most unprofessional behavior I think I have ever seen. Totally unacceptable. Clearly they have zero regard for the safety of children getting off a bus and trying to cross the street.

They came out and installed a water heater, but didn't turn it on. When I called, they said it a electrical problem without even looking at it, but that they would send someone out the next day. Both men said it was a electrical problem. It's wasn't a electrical problem, it was just never turned on!
-
They insisted on sending out a company to check for water damage before the plumber came over. I really respect that. The company EcoDry came for free and found no water damage, and Anytime Home Services was here the very next day helping me out.

We used this company through our home guarantee and were very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Their employee Ben arrived on time and immediately understood the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend the company and the individual.

I had a horrible experience with this company. It took 3 weeks to replace the handle on my toilet and then charged my home warranty company a huge amount of money causing my monthly rate to go up by $35. I would advise others to not be taken in like I was.

Matt was awesome!!! He gave me a courtesy call half hour before arriving. He showed up within the slot scheduled. He replaced the garbage disposal quickly and he was very clean. I’m a very happy customer!! I will recommend this company to others.

Besides mismatching faucets, they also used a clear seal on one side and a black seal on the other. The guy also didn't take off the blue plastic on the second install... should be removed before he installed it!

Company do scams, they were trying to charge me 1800 to 2000 for a 28 tank water heater that cost $440 at Home Depot. Also try to charge about $500 of services that they already supposed to provide with the insurance warranty. Their extra charges are a scam so they can double dip on charges while, getting paid by ten insurance company and getting paid by the customer for services not needed.

I had a patio faucet that was leaking inside my wall. My home warranty company sent Anytime Home Services to "diagnose" the problem. While AHS's two technicians were here, I showed them the fixture I wanted to use to fix the problem.
A day or two after they were here, I got an invoice for the $100 service fee via email, say it should have been paid when their technician was here. I also received a text message to the effect. I replied to the text asking why the two technicians who were here didn't ask for the fee at that time? The office person who replied said they didn't know why, but they should have asked for it.
I had previously contacted the warranty company to see where we were in the process and was told AHS had not yet sent their diagnosis, so I asked the office person when they could expect it? I was told by them that AHS "wouldn't send the diagnosis until the fee was paid." I responded by saying I didn't like being "held hostage" for $100 by AHS, and assured them I would pay the fee once my warranty company got the diagnosis, even if I didn't use them for the repair. I got absolutely no reply!
A day or two later I was contacted by my home warranty company saying they had the diagnosis, what they would cover, and what my total out of pocket expense (including the $100 service fee) would be. I agreed to have AHS do the repair. I also promptly paid the $100 service fee. BTW, I would have paid it even if I didn't use AHS, because I promised I would.
The next day I contacted AHS to see when they could schedule the repair and to verify what my out of pocket cost would be at the time of repair. At that point the office person said that AHS didn't realize I was going to provide my own parts, and that estimate was for them providing the hose bibb. Now, you would think that would mean a little less cost, right? I mean, if they're NOT providing the repair parts??? Nope! Also, how did they know when I asked about scheduling but NOT for the estimate? "Things that make you go hmmm?" My out of pocket cost suddenly quadrupled!!!
I asked how that could be, since their technicians actually knew what I bought to replace the old faucet with, because I SHOWED IT TO THEM when they were here??? Didn't matter, that estimate was for a regular faucet that they were going to supply, and I was supplying my own parts. That makes no sense to me!
I ended up using a different plumbing service who knew what I wanted to use, because I had showed it to them too when they were here. AHS got their $100 for doing absolutely minimal work, and I absolutely believe I was "held hostage" by them.
Can you say "bait and switch? I know you could!"
Unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend or use them ever. If zero stars was an option, I'd give -5
BTW, the other service was about $150 less out of pocket, including the $100 AHS stole! -
Scheduled to come out for a job and then never showed up. Stopped answering phone calls and text messages. Super unprofessional.

So impressed. Sam is truly the greatest! We have an old 1950’s midmod home with original everything in the bathrooms… our shower hardware/plumbing was completely stripped and needed replacing… although we had to wait a few weeks for the parts (they are super rare and hard to find), he found them! And had install of the new pin done in record time!
All the rest aside, my favorite aspect of this entire process was how responsive and communicative they were through it all. I was updated regularly and as soon as the parts arrived, I was on the schedule!
Thanks again Anytime and Sam in particular! -
CJ was scheduled to look at an active leak on Friday 2/23/24 sometime between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. At around 3:00 pm he called and texted that his teenage daughter was having medical issues and needed to be taken to the ER. Before I could respond, he called again and we had a conversation in which he stated he wouldn't "be able to do anything anyway" since it was too close to 5:00 pm and all he would do is take a picture. He then assured me he would come by my home to look at the problem on Monday. Monday came and he was no longer responsive to my calls or messages and I was not able to leave voice messages. I ended up calling a professional plumber who in fact responded and fixed the problem within a couple of hours from my call.
I would not recommend Anytime Home Services to anyone looking to work with a professional and responsive plumber. -
Carl came out and said a simple hose from the refrigerator water dispenser that had developed a pin hole leak to the sink needed “modifications” so my American home shield warranty wouldn’t cover it. It needed no modifications. My husband went to Lowe’s and bought the hose, couplers and compression ends and fixed it. No modifications. I think Carl just wanted to show up for the service call fee and not do the work. He wrote up some estimate saying it needed other stuff that it did not need. I will NEVER use this service again. And Carl told my husband it would cost around 350 dollars…it cost under 15 dollars in parts and less than a half hour to fix.

My experience with this company was excellent. Response time and communication was great. Matthew was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was on-time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He accurately diagnosed my leaks and fixed the issues very quickly leaving no mess behind. He was happy to answer all of my questions. I would recommend to friends and family.

We had a great experience! Matthew was professional, helpful and gave fabulous service. He was very personable, answered any questions we had and did a great job fixing our water heater. I would definitely ask for him again.

Thanks to the Tucson ANYTIME HOME SERVICES TEAM; specifically Ally and Sam for taking care of our recent sink faucet replacement. Although we were surprised by and unexpected and untimely dead end with our home warranty provider, Ally and Sam stepped up to accommodate us really quickly and were very professional. Sam performed quality plumbing work, and promptly completed the entire job exceeding expectations. They were both very pleasant and considerate and Sam complied with all health and safety protocols. We really appreciate Anytime Home Services and proudly recommend them as a very honest and super reliable option for plumbing needs.

Mike with Anytime home services in Tucson came out and fixed all of my plumbing issues! He was scheduled through my old republic home warranty. Very skilled at his work, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend any time home services and Mike’s work, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I used them through my AHS home warranty. Matt was super great and professional and patient and always asked if I had any other questions. He installed a garbage disposal under 5 minutes. My second call I got Carl, he had to replace the fridge line valve from the wall as it was broken. Despite it being a slightly challenging repair, he made it work without having to cut through drywall. He also informed me that my home warranty coverage didn’t include drywall repair- that was helpful to know the next time around.
I could give them 6 stars if I could. Their dispatch office is as professional as well. Definitely call these guys out over some of the other local plumbers.
