Sergio Gutierrez is great at explaining why this is a great option instead of digging up your kitchen because an old cast iron pipe broke. The technology and how Nu Flow save your cast iron pipes is really incredible. To think that it all started with the Navy! If you have cast iron pipes or your home or business is over 50 years old and you're not sure, give Sergio a call to have him evaluate your pipes.

Sergio educated our group on what NuFlow does. It's amazing!! To be able to go in and fix a leak without tearing everything up... wow! To see what the product does within the pipe is really cool, and cost effective.

I needed to replace some clay pipe under the road and my plumber recommended Brad instead of ripping up the road. 3 dudes came out and I watched them and asked a lot of questions because it was interesting to me, and they were super cool about it.

We had Joshua come out to do an inspection for Nu Flow’s lining process. We had a wonderful experience with Joshua, who explained the process in detail and walked us through the inspection process step by step. He even found a clog that we didn’t know about, by using his sonar device. Nu Flow is very lucky to have employees like Joshua and Natalie who provide great customer service and are very personable to work with.

nuflow Tucson recently lined our outside sewer pipes. Comparing with the experience we had with other companies, they were absolutely great. Efficient, on time, fast and very polite and courteous. The manager Sergio Gutierrez was especially nice and helpful, explained in detail both the process they were going to use, and the video of the job done. It was actually pleasant experience, which you can hardly ever say about people doing repairs to your property.

The customer service aspect of this service really impressed. Sergio as the account manager and the entire crew who performed the work did a great job. I highly recommend NuFlow for upgrading our rooftop drainpipes.

This unique company was able to hydrojet, descale and line our sewer line and remove a root ball intrusion without trenching the yard, destroying landscape, and concrete driveway or ruining the curb appeal of the property. Provided before and after video that showcased that quality work was performed. Serigo, the project manager, was on top of every detail from start to finish. He definitely helped us navigate the pressure from the realtor and buyers in completing this work in the rushed time frame we were allowed before closing. The crew that performed the work were all professional, courteous and respectful of our property. After the work was completed our yard was put back to pre-work condition with only alteration being the clean-outs provided as part of the project. I’m awaken out of a deep sleep at 10:00 am with a call from NuFlow Account Manager Brad Weindorf. He was on time for our appointment and waited patiently at my front door. I kidded him by saying it was his fault for being on time which is unusual for service people in Tucson. First impression A++.
Very shortly afterwards we got together and discussed the situation. Brad was extremely helpful and clear finding where the camera was going in and the process.
I should mention he had to move some small boulders and rocks which I had placed years ago to cover the line top. However, he placed them back in the exact place. A+++
Bottom Line: I was elated nothing was wrong in the pipes. Now, I was preparing myself for a conversation Bard night try to “up sell” me on the future virtues and why I should line the pipes now. Perhaps NuFlow will not be pleased, I was glad that did not happen. A++++

Brad came out provided a free camera scoping of our entire house and part of the sewer line. All of the guys on the team were clean, professional and advised us of the step by step process. Very happy with the whole experience.
