Recently went to Benjamin Supply in Tucson. So fortunate to work with Callan Kane. What a delight she is to work with. Knowledge, professional and very responsive.

The parts department...they seem to be the problem. Front desk person is friendly and professional. The parts department is not. They were rude with my wife several weeks ago. They told her what she was telling them about our shower was impossible. She proved them wrong, THEN they were helpful. One of the guys was pretty arrogant today with me as well. I went to Bonnets and Stems instead and
was welcomed with superior customer service. They had what I was looking for. Bonnets and Stems have been professional
and courteous with me both times I have been there. In these times of family businesses closing their doors at alarming rates the arrogance of some of these places like Benjamins parts department is surprising. Bypass Benjamins and go to Bonnets and Stems instead.

We can not thank Kaylene enough!!!! She was so incredibly helpful and informative and she made the process of choosing every aspect for our soon to be renovated master bathroom, fun!!!!
She is also really good at restaurant recommendations!!!

Sergio was fantastic in helping me figure out my tub shower knobs. He was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was courteous and listened to my request. She called for someone to help me. The young lady, Ms. Begay, listened to my wants and then said she’d go downstairs to see what they had. She was not receptive to my joke when she asked when I needed the fixtures. She was gone a while and then returned and guided me to the computer screen where she built out a package of shower fixtures. It was nothing like I’d asked for (round vs. square, on/off handle included separate temperature handle). She said again I had not allowed enough time to get the modern, oil rubbed bronze fixtures I desired. I felt disrespected and her tone was condescending. I will not return to Benjamin Supply. I came home and ordered the Delta supplies I needed and they will arrive in 2 days.

Needed to replace our main bath shower system. Looked on line but not easy to mix and match pieces that we wanted. We went to Benjamin because they have knowledgeable staff, lots of parts in stock and make it easy to compare different manufacturers systems in their showroom. Found a great solution that should function for years and will look beautiful. Always happy to support a fantastic local business like Benjamin Supply!

I was helped by Sergio today for a new kitchen faucet assembly. Sergio went out of his way to be helpful and knowledgeable and took the extra time needed to assist us. Thank you for hiring such excellent staff to represent you in the very best light!

Ernie did a great job helping me select a product available in stock, with the properties I hoped for, and advised a plan for the parts I was seeking for the next installation projects, like what a sink drain repair would need. It was helpful that he met me at the loading dock to make sure I brought the car around to the right place for pickup of the purchased boxes. Was honest about the types of equipment/parts I would and would not find in supply here.

Mario was amazing! Personable and knowledgeable…super helpful! Highly recommend!

Poor customer service ! After spending $65k+, their associate Jose Aguirre, doesn't even have common courtesy to email us back upon multiple email inquiries to let us know if there are other color options for the fixtures. Poor poor customer service ! The only time they communicate is before the sale! Avoid this place , plus their pricing for products is overinflated and found cheaper on Amazon and build.com. Their customer service is a disgrace , so purchase online and save $$$. Store serves absolutely no purpose.

I arrived at Benjamin Supply at 8:22 am, after driving for 40 minutes and the lady at the front desk told me when I arrived that all sales associates were busy on an online meeting. She asked if I could wait for 30 minutes or come back later. I was very disappointed in this service. I have a very busy schedule and expect them to be available during their business hours to assist customers. I need to purchase the hardware for my new shower today because I had a leak in my shower and am unable
to use it until I have the shower replaced. She stated she had to get the manager to see if someone could help me. Jose, the sales associate, who helped me was very nice and helpful.

Their showroom is amazing. Clean. Well organized and lots of products. I worked with Mario and he was great! So helpful. He guided me through the selection process, helped me with pros and cons and was very patient. I am so happy with what I got and could not have done it without him.

Mario is fantastic! He was very helpful and went above and beyond with information. He needs a raise.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Benjamin Plumbing for some bathroom and kitchen fixture installations, as well as purchasing a water softener and tankless system. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Jose, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was installed seamlessly. The quality of the products was top-notch, and the price point was very reasonable. I highly recommend Benjamin Plumbing for their excellent service, expertise, and great pricing. I’ll definitely be returning for my mirrors.

We spent at least an hour and a half with Mario and he was knowledgeable, so accommodating and pretty funny too. We ended up purchasing on the spot the Naturalsof due to his info and suggestion. Love Benjamin Supply and Mario! We give him 5 Gold Stars ⭐️
