We recently had sewer issues at our home and NuFlow Tucson was recommended to us. I made the initial call and Lisa took my call and was knowledgeable and customer focused which allowed me to schedule a site visit by one of their professionals to assess our situation. Peter Fabiano was equally as professional, customer focused, ran the diagnostic camera through each vent pipe and provide options for us to consider to remedy our sewer issues. We contracted NuFlow Tucson to do the work and the entire crew, Gabriel, Edgar, Miguel, and Angel along with Peter, spent two full days cleaning and relining our cast iron sewer lines and we could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, patience with the many questions I had asked, the work and clean up when the project was completed. Replacing the entire sewer system in ones home isn't anything one can plan for nor enjoy researching and paying for, but Nu Flow truly made the experience as painless as possible.

Once it was determined that our sewer system needed to be replaced we set out to get bids on the work. After five different companies gave us their best scenarios on how to replace the piping and with estimates all being very close to one another, we had to make that grueling decision. Fortunately, while attending the last Home Show, we came across Nu Flows booth and had a long discussion with them about their product and how it was installed. We made arrangements for them to come out, video tape our entire system and then discuss their product and procedure. I must say, Sergio (the Representative) was through, professional and showed us every inch of our 57 year old system and it was indeed crumbling.

What sold us on this company and their product were three main factors: 1) Minimally invasive procedure - NO jackhammering, no trenching and ripping up/out flooring. 2) The total price was $10,000 less than any other company's bids and 3) Terms of payment including warranty met our needs perfectly.

Its now been one month since we've had the work done and I can honestly say, it was the best decision. I highly recommended Nu Flow, their installing team, their cost effectiveness and above all, their product. 5 Stars for a job well done.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the employee was one of the store manager, he should be told that some comments should not be made in front of customers. Discrimination is awful therefore I will never be returning and purchasing from this store. I called the store after my husband and I left to let them know I did not appreciate the comments the manager made.
