The most efficient install I have seen! 15 minutes - in, out, done. And on top of that Gary educated me about other aspects of our plumbing to keep an eye on for future leaks.

Terrible service, not able to get hold if anyone for days. We stuck with them because of home warranty. They required extra charge upfront before doing any work and left the wall hideous. Stay away from them

This company is so terrible. I've never seen a company that is so irresponsible. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM. I got them through my Home Insurance. They know how to make my insurance not to pay for my claim and make me do the work through them so I can pay them through my own pocket. I know that because we had the same issue before and when the other plumper came, they did a different way and went smoothly. But this time, this company made me so mad.

Anytime Home Services (AHS) was designated by our home warranty company to remove a blockage in our plumbing system. Our toilets, shower and lavatories were unusable. Two days after filing our claim with our warranty company, an AHS technician came an looked at our plumbing system. After much delay, 5 days later, two technicians returned to fix our plumbing problems. In the meantime we had to move into a hotel for a week costing us nearly $1,000.
AHS blamed the delays on not getting timely approvals from our warranty company to fix the plumbing. Our warranty company assured us that they were not responsible for the delays in providing the approvals.
On the day the 2 AHS technicians arrived to start their work, they told us we had to pay them an upfront access fee of $350 before they could start the job. We had previously paid our warranty company a $95 service fee. We gave them a check for
$350, and as a courtesy, gave them a parking permit for their company vehicle to park in front of our house. We asked them to return the permit to us before they left for the day.
They were able to finish their work on the same day, but one of the technicians left with the parking permit . Calls were made directly to the technician as well as to AHS asking for the permit to be returned immediately.
The day after the work was completed, we were advised by our warranty company that we should not have been asked to pay the $350 access fee, and further that AHS had been directed to refund the $350 to us.
We have received a full refund from AHS but have not received the parking permit which will cost $48 to replace.
I do not recommend AHS because:
1) Their communication and customer service systems are a disaster. They are hard to reach and often there is no way to leave messages.
2) They asked us to pay upfront for an unauthorized access fee before they would start work.
3) They have not shown the decency to return our parking permit or to pay for a replacement.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the service of Anytime Home Service (Tucson). When Gary installed my new water heater, he was very meticulous, detail oriented and thorough. After the installation was completed, Gary walked me through some need to know information regarding the new heater. He was very respectful, courteous and user friendly. Thank you Gary, for a job well done.

I have no choice when it comes to my home warranty, but go through with this company. Not only they did not fix my plumbing or find my leaking pipe. I was out of water for two weeks. The first Tech came out at 3:30pm just to take pictures, then I had to wait another week for a the actual work. They qouted me for $1500 to jack hammer my asphalt! When they could not even find the pipe to begin with. The next Tech did not show up until 10:45am and left at noon. I was told my schedule maintenance a week before 7am to 5pm. Found the pipe on my own. Thanks AHS for broading out my skills.

I had a very disappointing experience with Anytime Home Services.
They were hired through my home warranty company in July to fix a leak in my shower. While the repair initially improved the issue by about 75%, the leak steadily worsened over time. When I contacted my warranty company again in December, I was required to use the same plumber.
They attempted another repair but said they needed to order parts and then could not return for three weeks. During this time, they insisted that my HOA needed to shut off water to the building, despite my repeatedly explaining that this was not something my building would do. This was not new information, yet it seemed to halt any progress.
After that, they completely stopped responding—no follow-up, no resolution, and no communication to say they would not be completing the job.
I ultimately had another plumbing company come out, and they informed me that Anytime Home Services had actually made the problem worse and that the shower was damaged, requiring a much more involved repair.
Overall, the work was incomplete, communication was extremely poor, and the situation was left unresolved without any explanation. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company based on reliability or follow-through.

Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.

My landlord sent him out and i’m so glad he did. I was impressed with how punctual he was . And the work was excellent . I have told my friends about him and they are going to be calling him for there plumbing needs .

I called 930pm the night before and got an appointment for the next day. They called me the day of to ask if someone could come earlier than scheduled and i said yes. Dominic and his assistant came within the hour and assessed the situation. Went and got the supplies in a timely fashion and came back problem solved

Find and Repair?? The magic words repair or FIX. Jorge Montano not only overcharged me 3 times ($325.00) but he didn't have the part to fix it. I had to go buy it from a place an hour away and fix it myself. This guy is a total fraud. The nerve to actually charge 325.00 to spray soapy water on a visit that took 20 minutes is my commission to make sure every site, every agency knows that Almighty Plumbing a a business that will steal from you and leave you with the problem still existing. BEWARE OF ALMIGHTY PLUMBING AND JORGE MONTANO. Don't fall for his sign on his van that says " Honest, Quality Work @ Fair Prices. None of these will you receive if you call them.

Jorge has done several jobs for us ranging in difficulty from replacing our main shutoff valve and pressure regulator to replacing a toilet. He approaches every task with the same professionalism and honesty, no matter the difficulty. The finished quality of the task is outstanding, and along the way, he offers commentary on what he's doing, why he's doing it, and sometimes points out potential issues that we may want to keep an eye on. For most of us, plumbing can be a mysterious and scary proposition, but Jorge's work ethic and experience sets you immediately at ease. We have him on speed dial!

Nu Flow was great. We are in an historic building and had major sewer issues. They lined the old pipes and made sure everything was in order. They provided before and after video of the lines so we were sure to understand what was done. They worked with us regarding schedule because the job was big enough that it would affect tenants and our restaurant business. They did a great job and we would hire them again without hesitation. We worked with Brad who explained everything well, and April in the office made sure we stayed on track. Thank you! These were very frustrating, ongoing issues that Nu Flow helped solve.

These guys are great!! They were on time, walked me through the process, and were very professional - as well as being very friendly! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I started noticing my master shower was draining slowly and called another company to come do a video inspection through a roof vent as my house didn’t have ground clean outs. That company wanted $7,000 to just install ground clean outs before even looking at the rest of the plumbing. NuFlow was recommended to me by several people and am I glad I gave them a call. My main point of contact was Alex and from the start was very professional. Alex was extremely thorough in his initial videos. He shot both vents from the roof (other company only shot one) we found I had a complete blow out of about 3-4 inches of pipe on my laundry room vent. While Alex had to be the bearer of bad news and let me know that pretty much every sewer line was going to need replaced in my house, he kept it easy to understand and was very honest. Once the project began it initially only needed 2 dig sites in the house. My entire guest bathroom had to be pulled up and half the shower in my master had to be removed. About 3 days into the project I was notified that the blow out would need a direct repair and required a third dig in my laundry room. More and more roadblocks came up that extended the project by about 4 days. Every crew that we had come out was fantastic to work with and always professional and knowledgeable. Both the wife and I were extremely happy with the plumbing side of things. Now onto the repair side of the project. We did have a couple issues the first was the repair done to the exterior brick kitchen wall that had to be opened. The repair guy did his best but it wasn’t the best looking, but he self identified and asked for someone more experienced to come and help. The second issue we had with the repair side of things was the edge guard board (what goes under the tile for shower walls) there were several gaps that our tile guy could not work with and had to have them come back out and replace the edge guard. However i will chalk it all up to just being new to the job and still getting the hang of things which is completely ok. Even once everything was repaired they were more than happy to help me move everything (toilets, vanities & bathtub) back into place as I currently don’t have full use of one arm. I understand if this is a lengthy review but I can say with 100% confidence that the job will either be done right the first time or it will be worked till it is right. Overall I would definitely recommend NuFlow to anyone with plumbing needs.

Due to deterioration of cast iron pipes we hired Nu Flow to reline the pipe under the house and then under the driveway out to the street in 2 stages.
From start to finish the project took 7 weeks.
November 25 Green Valley Plumbing recommended that we call Scott from NuFlow to come do an inspection of the pipe and the project was completed on January 13 with the cement work around the new dual clean out.
The best part was the prompt completion as the work was scheduled for mid February and mid March!
We worked with Scott, 2 crews and 2 office workers. Everyone was responsive, courteous, highly competent, and meticulous.
We highly recommend this company!
