I recently hired priority rooter & plumbing to install a new toilet and bathroom faucet, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the very beginning, they were professional, punctual, and friendly. The plumber explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with the options, and worked quickly without cutting corners.

The installation itself was smooth and done with great attention to detail—everything looks and works perfectly. They also cleaned up after the job, leaving my bathroom spotless, which I really appreciated.

Jake personally came out on short notice and did a hydrojetting. The price was lower than other bids I got and while at the home he explained everything extremely well and after sent video of the sewer scope that followed the hydrojet. Will definitely come to him again.

Jake and his team have done a few jobs for us now as a family. Repiped an area for a water heater and installed a new water heater and replaced the fittings for our washing machine. By far the quickest service I've ever seen by fire repair service for a home. He kills it 100% of the time and I will be sure to give him all of my work on time and responds even after hours.

I had called 5 plumbers and they all made promises that they were going to come out and replace my sink and faucet . I was without water for 4 days in my kitchen. I called Jake and he said he would have his men out between 1-2 pm. Martin and Frank came out replaced the sink and faucet I no longer have a leak under my sink and have water. I had a great experience using Hydro Rooter & Plumbing to replace my old water heater.

Jake and Cliff came out and did a professional job. The previous owner of this house had never flushed the tank in over 2 decades so that it was not draining at all. Jake and Cliff did a great job of draining the tank and successfully replacing it with a beautiful job of sealing the hoses and tightening the pipes.

No hidden charges, no strange proposals to do useless work. Their price is one of the lowest on the market and comes with a reasonable 6-year labor warranty and 6-year parts warranty plus a tank flush in each of the next 2 years, and an anode rod replacement service in 2 years. I am very pleased to see this small company growing so vibrantly. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Review 1: Kudos to Martin and Frank for the work they did in our bathroom. They had to replace a very old shower head and faucet that had been leaking for some time, and was so brittle a chunk fell off when removed. They informed us initially of what they would do and how it would be done, giving us a thorough understanding of what to expect. They were friendly and professional, and completed the work efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them and Hydro Rooter and Plumbing.

Review 2: We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink that had apparently been leaking for some time, and ruined some appliances. We called Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Jake and Frank looked it over, and because the basin was old and outdated, said they might have to modify it a bit. In the end, they did a great job, it looked good, and no more leaks! It’s nice to know that this company does not shy away from a challenging problem, and are very reliable. Thank you!

Woke up this morning to a leak from my filtering system system, which is INDISE my house! I quckly shut off the water and called Jake at Hydro Rooter. He quickly re-arranged his schedule and was at my house within the hour. He quickly assessed the problem and designed a fix. After gathering some materials he returned and had us back in operation before noon. I appreciated his quick response and his professionalism. Would not hesitate to call again for ANY plumbing need.

Jake and his team got out immediately to replace my water heater. The morning of my appointment before they got here I noticed a leak in my front yard. The guys verified the leak for me after replacing the water heater, came back the next day, dug up my line from the street, put a new line in and had it inspected and covered back up in no time. My yard was put back together so well that you can’t even tell they were here. Can’t recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. If you want fast, reliable service then these are your guys, not to mention you’re supporting local businesses.

I highly recommend Hydro Rooter! We had a big water leak and issues with the water heater. Jake communicated well soon after I submitted the request and was out the next day to stop the leak and discuss a variety of options and the prices that went with all which were reasonable! They came back the next day to replace what was needed. They are very polite and honest. I appreciate their hard work and will continue to contact them when needed.

I had a leaking water line in my back yard prior to a holiday. I called multiple plumbing companies and received quotes. Jake came out within the hour. Called for a main line clear out, the owner answered even though it was early in the morning and Eric was able to quickly come out and got to work right away. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained in detail what was going on, what would be required to fix everything long-term, and was able to solve the problem in the meantime. I appreciated all of the information and the time he took to show and explain his work and the necessary next steps. I'd gladly use Hydro's services again and refer them to friends and family.

Very good service from Martin. Repair was far superior to original plumbing. Company responded immediately to request for service and technician was out in about 3 hours. Made the repair/replacement easy, no big headaches.

My mom lives in Tucson, and i live out of state. When a plumbing emergency came up there were several plumbers sent out to give estimates. Jake from HydroRooter was the only one to actually assess the full extent of the problems and worked with me to ensure mom was without water for a minimum amount of time and all the issues were resolved in a timely manner.
