They did not fix the problem, and when they came the second time, they did the exact same thing expecting different results. Will not use them again.

Very helpful. Called to fix leaking sink; there a delay because the sink was non standard, but he efficiently worked around the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

Really really unprofessional for it to be 8 PM at night and one of your drivers to be tailgating me in a 40 mph zone. Then when he gets around my car he starts to tailgate the car in front of him and swerves into my lane and almost hits my car (FYI my kids were in the car). The worst part of it all is when we get to the light and I look out the window he flips me off and I have it all on video! If this is how you allow people that work for your company to drive, I can't imagine the service they provide. Last place I will call and recommend for plumbing!

These guys are honest and do not try to gouge you like other places do. They do the job and do it right the prices aren't low ball, but others low ball the price to get in the door and then they really stick it to you. Steve did my job and was the guy I'll ask for when I call them again. He went the extra mile to fix my clogged line and did a great job.

We needed our office toilet fixed late in the afternoon and they came out right away. Fred was very friendly and had a great attitude! Very reasonable charges as well

We had a water line leak that was only discovered late Saturday afternoon. Mark came to our house within an hour of my call, correctly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote for labor and parts. He returned on Sunday morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in just over two hours (as he had estimated). I was charged $60 extra for the weekend, but was pleased to not have to wait another day without water. Mark was very informative, friendly, and professional.

Punctual, knowledgable, and efficient. James called before our appointment to verify and showed up precisely on schedule. Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose and begin fixing all issues I threw his way- all at an honest price. It's all in the name: Professional. I can't recommend Professional Plumbing enough.

The main worker was Rick. He was very good. The owner was something else. He comes on like a good guy, but shortly you will find he all about getting your money. I was told one price and then had to pay $400.00 more to get the job completed. Not what his web site promises. My re-gas plumbing cost was over $2,800.00. I called the owner. Terry a number of times after the job began and never got a return phone call. Poor customer service!!!!!

This company was recommended to us by a previous client, and now we know why! Our technician, Simon, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We were on day 2 with no working bathrooms due to a plugged main sewer line. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, and at a very fair price, about a 1/3 of what others quoted us for a weekend call. Thank you Simon!
